We have fond memories of all our weddings but one that stuck out was our 3rd wedding done few years ago, it was a small intermate wedding for 16 guests . The couple had been together 10 year so . they requested sometime special to celebrate each year so we created a menu to celebrate each of those years ! It was a fantastic 10 course taster menu that was an amazing success !

So many, however we recently had a couple that the groom had made everything from the candy carts to the giant 10 foot high deck chair that could seat 4 people and the amazing vintage arcade machine, all hand made and they looked superb! Another one that stood our in my mind was a Bride that had baskets of comfy slippers for all the guests later on the evening. the ladies especially loved them.

After the initial contact we like to get to know what our couple's enjoy eating so we arrange to have a chat over the phone or a meeting over a coffee, which every they prefer. We then go to work on creating a menu that's fits the event . Once we have sent that over to our couple for viewing and have had the thumbs up ! We arrange the booking and the another meeting plus tasting if required so we can finalise the menu choice and requirements for the big day. We like to have a chat or final meeting a couple of weeks before the event date to finalise any loose ends arrange any required site visits to the venue or site .
