Balloons by Ruth

I hired Ruth initially for the feather balloon, I decided to byhut some decoration balloons as well to save the bridesmaids a job. Ruth was amazing she came to me to discuss exactly what I wanted, she has the most amazing and varied selection of balloons. She came on the day to place them all, wasn't too expensive and this is coming from a couple that DIY'd most of their wedding for cost reasons. Very happy bride! Strongly recommend! Very professional!
