From the initial enquiry regarding game / date availability we usually discuss which games might be suitable for the wedding, depending on location, guest ages etc - this is generally done via email or messages but we're very happy to chat over the phone. We then put together a no obligation quote - we ourselves really hate pushy salespeople so you can be assured that we won't ever do that. Once the quote has been tweaked to get it just right, we send a Booking Confirmation which gives details of how to pay the deposit (50%) to secure the booking. The final balance is due 30 days before the hire date - we send a gentle reminder as we know how many things there are to do/remember in the month before the wedding. Around a week before the wedding we'll send a quick email just to confirm delivery or collection arrangements.
A vintage / rustic wedding.
Flower walls, light up letters, macramé and hoops are very popular at the moment.
We send a card to the couple to say thankyou for booking with us.
I'm not sure that there's one thing because every wedding is different and should be about the couple, reflecting their personalities or their likes and interests.
