We have been supplying our hats and fascinators to Fab Frocks for many years now and the business has continued to grow. It is a pleasure to work with them and have them as a stockist. Tracie and Steve are always seen at the trade shows in the UK that we exhibit at, placing orders for new stock for the following season,we already have orders from them for Spring 2018 ! We are happy to help them with any promotional or charity work that they are involved in. We also make special orders for them which shows that they are very attentive and will go out of the way to help a customer. We believe that Fab Frocks will go from strength to strength and will continue to be a major stockist of occasion wear in the Dorset area.

The regional award, which recognise the best in the wedding industry across the county, have been running for five years. Tracie Beardsley, co-owner of Fab Frocks said, “This event is like the Oscars of the wedding world. I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I walked in. Being a slightly larger lady was very nervous as I had a not so nice experience the week before from a rival of wedding shop. They knew what styles to dress me in and was soon picking them off peg for me to try on. I was treated wonderfully and called by my first name at all times and Maggie was very patient as I tried on a few to make the right decision. I didn't feel rushed or stressed at any time, it was lovely.

A friend of mine recommended Fab Frocks and took me on my first visit. I also checked Fab Frocks out online.Fantastic service, couldn't have been more helpful. After sorting my own frock I took my very elderly mother and the staff were very patient with her.

My daughter recommended Fab Frocks initially as a place to find unique and stunning outfits. I had also seen friends on Facebook recommending it. I felt very anxious entering the shop, as I had ordered endless unsuitable outfits on-line from various outlets and scoured the stores and hadn’t found anything to wear for my daughter’s wedding in two weeks time. I was unhappy with the amount of weight I had gained recently and was sure nothing would suit me! Kiera greeted me and totally put me at ease. She asked lots of questions about what I would prefer in design/ colour and luckily I could show her pictures I had taken from the Fab frocks website on my iPad. She encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and between us, we narrowed it down to about six dresses. I really loved two of them and Kiera was very helpful and honest when I asked for her opinion. She wasn’t just trying to ensure she got a sale, but was genuinely concerned that I felt and looked wonderful and was totally happy with the outfit I decided on. Her criticism was constructive. I also loved the sample shoes she loaned me and she very kindly said I could have them for a reasonable price. She was brilliant at helping me accessorise my look and I was so happy to find a dress that suited my motherly shape...and a gorgeous matching fur shrug that made me feel/look special. I also bought extra bling for the heels of my shoes. Overall; Kiera made my whole shopping experience at Fab frocks really personal and she was so attentive. We even had a lovely photo taken of my visit for your Facebook page which surprised and pleased my family and friends. I came away; pleasantly amazed that all my stress and worries were now over and that I could go home and finally relax....knowing I couldn’t have found a more suitable, stunning outfit. Top marks to Kiera.....having done an advanced customer service course myself recently, I can honestly say I couldn’t fault her service.

Having looked on line at the dresses and no appointment needed we drove down from Bristol. Wonderful collection. First one I tried on I bought! plus hat, shoes and bag to match put together by Tracie. Wonderful service.

Top Class Service. I ordered off the intranet nervously but there will be no stopping me now as I know FabFrocks care as much as you had walked in their shop door. I got next day delivery, the dress and jacket was beautifully packaged with instructions about fitting and how to find a seamstress to make the dress bespoke to you. I even had a call from the shop to make sure everything was as expected. Great experience. I live in a rural area so it's not easy to find or access a good dress shop in person. Fab Frocks online shop makes it so easy to search, browse and view on screen the great selection of outfits and accessories available from the shop. Once I've found something I like there is a very easy and simple online buying process. This is complemented by a great service behind the scenes to ensure my choices are carefully packed and quickly dispatched to me, usually arriving the next day. I found the included guidance sheet for alterations is also very helpful when I need to get my local seamstress to adapt a dress to me for a slightly better fit. Great service that is easy and fast.
