Ivory & Lace Bridal

I visited seven bridal shops when searching for my wedding dress and found Ivory & Lace to be heads above the rest. All of the staff were so friendly and enthusiastic which really helped my enjoyment of the whole process. The shop is really spacious and beautifully decorated and there is a wide selection of dresses. I booked an appointment to visit the shop and try on dresses and had the whole downstairs to myself with three assistants to help me try on, I did not feel rushed at all.

The staff are really friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. From the moment I booked my first appointment they kept in contact with me by text and email, something that is really important to any bride. They were never pushy, which was somthing I had experienced from another bridal shop. They made choosing THE DRESS so much easier. Once I had explained what I was looking for they held up 3 dresses. One of them was THE ONE. I didn't need to look any further.

Getting my dress from ivory lace was the start of a wonderful adventure-my wedding!The location was perfect & full of character,the staff were friendly and genuine.Iwas so greatful to them for storing my dress for me when I was suddenly taken very ill.It was no problem and I didn't have to worry about picking it up.I loved my dress when I chose it & love it now as it hangs in my spare room,covered in dirt,dust and memories of a wonderful day.Ivory &lace was the very start of my happy ever after.

Excellent and very understanding! I was really poorly after choosing my dress. They kept hold of it for me and didn't mind me having to keep swapping appointments due to illness. They were helpful and kind. Location is great and the barn setting was lovely. Never did I feel awkward. L staff were approachable. I would Reccomend ivory and lace to any future brides wanting a perfect wedding dress experience.

I loved the time I spent at Ivory and Lace choosing my wedding dress! The ladies were so helpful and listened carefully to me and my family and friends. I tried on 8 lovely gowns but found the one within my 1st appointment! Thank you!!

Ivory Lace Bridal were FANTASTIC! After visiting several other bridal shops and being squeezed into the wrong size dresses ... Ivory lace bridal really helped me regain my confidence in finding the perfect dress. They talked me through different styles and was very patient as i tried MANY dresses on until we was all happy i had chosen THE dress! I could not stress how helpful they were and would highly recommended them to any of my family and friends, such lovely ladies.

The perfect setting to find your perfect wedding dress, the ladies were absolutely amazing there was no pressure even when I was torn between 2 dresses she reassured me and let me go away and think. I came back almost within the hour as my mind was made up. You made finding my dress so special and particularly in comparison to other local bridal shops where the service was not great you absolutely shone. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for their perfect dress cannot thank you enough

Lovely environment, made the day feel special like it should be. All staff were friendly, warm, supportive, patient and helpful, exactly what you needed when you've never done this before, have no idea what to expect and just generally haven't got a clue. Their knowledge and years of experience was happily passed on and they gave me lots of tips and advise, making me feel calm, relaxed and when I found THE dress they made me feel special and beautiful. A lovely experience.
