You know when you just get a good feeling about someone? Well, that’s what I had with Becky and Lavelle Bridal. After making an enquiry during lockdown to try on some dresses, Becky emailed back almost immediately to arrange an appointment. She called me To discuss things further and I felt instantly at ease and like I was talking to an old friend. She’s personable and welcoming and just lovely to chat to. I was then sent a lovely card in the post as well as receiving a reminder call, Communication was second to none. With the current climate, some new rules and restrictions have been enforced, these were made very clear and are inline with government legislation. Becky made sure my guest and I were comfortable throughout and we had a bit of fun with it. The shop is beautiful and has a range of absolutely stunning dresses. Becky Listens to what you want and offers honest advice and suggestions. I tried on three dresses and the third Dress was the one. It’s beautiful. At no point did I feel any pressure and was able to take my time with my decision. I would highly recommend all future brides book an appointment at Lavelles. If you want great customer service and expert advice delivered with a smile, get booking!

Before my appointment I received a hand written card from Becky which was such a lovely touch. On arrival to the shop she was welcoming and the store was beautifully laid out. Becky was so attentive and helpful and I enjoyed my experience so much. I had been to a couple of appointments previously but her service was second to none. Becky was fabulous! Right from the moment I contacted Becky, she was full of advice and just as excited as I was about finding my dream dress! Initially, Becky discussed over the phone everything I needed to know, from what to expect on the day, right down to making sure I considered the colour of underwear best for bridal gowns! I was a little nervous on the day as I knew that most bridal stores stock only one size and I knew it would be a push trying to squeeze my size 16/18 body into the dress I had set my heart on. Becky didn't comment on this and didn't see it as an issue. I didn't feel embarrassed about my body because of this. Granted, the dress didn't zip up, not even close, but I did manage to get it over my head and sort of where it needed to be! Becky ensured I was still able to see the silhouette of my shape with a little tug here and there and encouraged me to look in the mirror and stride around the shop to get a feel of the dress. Becky was just a dream to work with and I instantly knew that this was the dress and the right boutique to shop with when I mentioned I was in a same sex relationship and Becky didn't act surprised or flinched. She simply asked all about the engagement and the wedding. My whole experience was perfect. I can't wait for my dress to arrive so that I can go back to Warwick to try on THEE dress again and bring it home. If I wasn't in love with the dress or Becky's expertise, I wouldn't be travelling back and forth from London that's for sure! I would whole heartedly recommend Becky to anyone, even my fellow plus size babes and/or same sex couples. Whatever fears you have, they'll quickly disappear in an instant with Becky's warm and professional service. Emma

Found my dream dress here with Becky. She gave me and my entourage a warm welcome upon arrival (with Prosecco 🥂 which was a bonus 😀) she listened to what I wanted and it was the first dress she pulled which is a dress I have looked at before online but never thought it would look so nice on so it was a pleasant surprise! Would highly recommend a visit :) roll on Feb when the dress arrives 🎉

I had a short turnaround time to find and order my veil and Becky was really helpful in assisting me with this. She took time to understand my preferences and provided me with a great selection of beautiful veils to try on. It was really useful to get her professional opinion on what would work with my dress, and with her help, I managed to find the perfect veil. She contacted the designer straight away to confirm that the veil would arrive within my short timescale. A really enjoyable experience, I could not recommend her highly enough. Priscilla x

I met Becky at a wedding fair at Warwick House and instantly felt at ease and was confident I would find my dress with Becky’s expertise. Due to COVID my original appointment had to be moved but Becky kept in touch through this period of time and as soon as Becky was able to reopen I was booked in with plenty of reassurance of how we would be kept safe during the appointment, regular emails with COVID policy sent and a phone call prior to the appointment. Becky set up her tripod so friends and family could be involved in my appointment which worked well. She listened to what I wanted and pulled out the dresses for me to try on, I said yes to the 2nd dress :) x Thank you for being so lovely, sharing your knowledge and expertise and keeping me safe x
