I really enjoyed by experience with Laura after having an offputting one in London. She was kind, had some great ideas and didn't try and rush us at all.

Laura at Lovebird has the loveliest approach, professional, friendly but also down to earth which automatically puts you at ease. I felt I wasn't the easiest of customers as I had a slight blip the week after I chose and paid the deposit on my dress. I panicked and thought I'd made the wrong choice. I called Laura to tell her, luckily she hadn't put the order through. She was incredibly accommodating and invited me back to have another look. As it turned out my original choice was the right one.

i can't thank Laura enough she helped me find my dream dress. Not only with amazing service from her. So I would like to give my vote to Laura love birds brides. As she as so much pride and love for her roll and she deserves to win.

Begrudgingly I have to call myself a difficult bride, searching for the dress was a big struggle for me! I went to so many shops and Lovebirds was my first! After many failed trips and my hope slowly disappearing I returned to Lovebirds. The shop was gorgeous, and the designers and dresss were exactly what I was looking for!I felt in good hands and really trusted Laura and valued her opinion! I found my dream dress and couldn't recommend Lovebirds enough!

Laura was fantastic and I couldn't recommend liverbir bridal highly enough. She knew exactly my taste and helped me pin point my perfect wedding dress. Her service was excellent and she was really accommodating despite me only being able to get up to see her at certain times. She even helped me to arrange the bridesmaids gifts.

Buying a dress at Lovebirds was a really lovely experience. Laura was helpful but not pushy in any way, making a nice change from other shops. Not only does she stock absolutely beautiful dresses (which are quite different from those stocked by other local shops), but her jewellery is stunning. She made me some beautiful earings and a hairpiece which were much admired. She also helped make my mum's fascinator more glamorous! Alterations were done well and reasonably priced. V highly recommended
