Starting with initial contact, explore requirements, invite bride in for a friendly chat to explore ideas, arrange a visit if local or design appointment, ordering process, delivery time, then then keeping in contact with images along the along the process of making the bouquets.
What do you love most about your job?
The whole idea of the process from beginning to the end, especially when brides say something like (when meeting Pearls and Lace) I have been looking all over for this 😉

Simply elegant silhouette with fabulous detail.
