Fantastic people, great service always on end of the phone and really reliable would definitely recommend and glad we went to them from a recommendation.

Both myself and the groom received fantastic service as soon as we entered Vow. Friendly service, fantastic communication between us and Lisa and Dave and a beautiful range of bridal/groomsmen wear in the shop. Suitable for people with a range of budgets and desired styles. Lovely decor in the shop and easily accessible. Very happy with alterations for all of our outfits too.

We looked at allot of bridal stores. The staff at vow were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable we decided to get my dress, bridesmaids and grooms mens outfits from there and they did not fail to deliver. Would highly recommend them to anyone, on all counts

From start to finish, Lisa was attentive, knowledgable and patient. She was like your best friend/bridal advisor all in one. She really cared about how I felt in my dress and made sure every single detail and eventuality was covered. The alteration was flawless, as I bought a dress from the sample sale it needed a bit of tweaking in the size. I would without a doubt recommend anyone to use Vow Bridal.

They showed us all the ways that we could wrap the dress so your where not limited to one style, they even sent me a video of how to do this. The dress was the perfect material wasn't to thick. They managed to provide a sash for the flower girls dress so that it matched the bridesmaids colour.

I cudnt of been happier with my experience at vow bridals i didnt no whot i wanted or were to start .i didnt have a large budget either that didnt bother them they made me feel like a princess nothing was to much trouble. They went out of there way to help me and kept in touch with me the whole time and on my last fitting i cudnt find shoes they gave me a pair ov donated shoes that went with dress perfectly whot else could you ask for

I found Vows after i had already purchased my dress but i was looking for an unusual head piece. Vows was a gorgeous shop from the moment i walked in they couldnt have been more helpful finding me the perfect head piece. Communication was brilliant and everyone loved my unusual headband. I loved vows so much i recommended it to my friend and she has just purchased her dress for her wedding next year.

Lisa was lovely to deal with & certainly put my mind at rest, which is important for a bride. I knew that I did not have to worry about my dress as it was in Lisa's capable hands. Every time my bridal party & I visited Vow for fittings Lisa made us all so welcome. Lisa really did make the visits and buying a wedding dress pure joy & we all have lots of happy memories going to Vow. On the wedding day everyone said the dress was stunning and fitted to perfection which was also a credit to Lisa.

I was not your typical bride to start with. I went to Vow feeling incredibly insecure dreading my experience. Lisa quickly released this and got straight to the route of the problem. Within 10 minutes of being in the store she had sourced the problem and put me in a dress that complimented my figure rather than excensiuate my hips (being bottom heavy) The service was very personal and lisa was very patient with me wanting to help make me feel amazing on my special day
