I’m Clare, floral designer at Clementine Moon specialising in wild, romantic and abundant wedding flowers. I am inspired by nature, colour and craft and this is reflected in my flowers. I love the British country-side and try to use British flowers wherever possible and eco-floristry techniques. Every couple is different and I offer a bespoke service with a free consultation to ensure your wedding flowers are as individual and special as you are and will be a cherished memory of your wedding day for years to come.

Don’t listen to too many different opinions, trust yourself and the experts you are employing to make sure your special day reflects you as a couple.

What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?

I love to use herbs in my bouquets as they add a wonderful fragrance.

Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?

My current favourite is phlox - available in the summer months it symbolises unity of souls, perfect for a wedding!

What is the most romantic flower and why?

There are so many to choose from but I think my favourite will always be the English Garden rose!
