Don’t be afraid to be open and honest about your ideas with your florist.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I organise a face to face wedding consultation at the onset so the couples can see if they feel comfortable with me. As I believe it’s very important that the couples feel confident and connect well with me to form a good relationship. Then I expect the couples to feel free to contact me however they prefer, this can be face to face, via emails, texts or phone calls. I don’t have any set rules on this. Some couples are happy with a few consultations however some prefer more frequent contact.
