They are one step ahead with decor trends and have a wide range of options to suit different tastes and budgets. The staff are lovely and could not be more helpful. Our wedding guests were amazed by how beautiful our venue looked due to the decor created by dragonfly. I have recommended their services to many friends and will definitely use them again for future parties and events.

Dragonfly goes above and beyond for the customers, nothing is too much trouble for them. The girls at dragonfly especially Gill and Melissa kept me sane when I was stressing! Decorated the venue to the highest standard that was absolutely stunning in every way, flowers were amazing quality and beautifully hand made. Would recommend this company to everyone and anyone can't go wrong deciding on these and fabulous value for money! Made our day so special.

I had a marquee for my wedding and when I turned up at the venue I was blown away at how perfectly elegant it was. Everyone commented on how beautifully decorated it was. The staff at events by dragonfly were so hands on throughout the whole process. The were there when I needed them if I had any queries. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted and it never seemed to bother them. They were so dedicated to what they do so nothing was a problem for them. Every time I went into the shop they were always so friendly and we had a laugh too! They are perfectionists so I always had 100% faith in them but the proof was in the pudding when I arrived at the venue. I can't thank these girls enough and have already bragged about their business and told everyone that if they have any upcoming events to go with events by dragonfly. In fact one of my close friends is also getting married in September and have booked with events by dragonfly because they know they're going to get a professional perfect but friendly service. I also got events by dragonfly to do my bouquets, flower girls basket and wand and button holes and the price was absolutely brilliant, so reasonable and the quality is outstanding.

This company is by far the best. From wedding flowers to table decorations everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Even down to last minute changes. Fab ladies who listen to everything you want and do more for you. They go above and beyond. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service & products. The most reasonably priced i have ever seen and they had the venue looking amazing! Plenty praise from guests, the girls are so friendly and would do anything for anyone. If they didnt have something you wanted they would get it or make it. Everything looked perfect on the day, hassle free, just what i needed on our wedding day. They dressed the whole venue for the same price as i was quoted from many other companies just for chair covers!! And their decorations etc were absolutely beautiful!

We were overwhelmed how nice you have all been and the customer service you provided was nothing short of outstanding as you weren't only event planners you became special friends and made it totally personal and absolutely stress free.
