My best friends daughter got married last July and it was so wonderful. I have a son and Charlotte was the closest thing I will get to my own daughter getting married. She loved it all - thank goodness and yes I cried!

Trust the people you are asking to help on the day and believe they will do all the things they say .... We do!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Previous generation photographs of both families included somewhere during the day - this makes the wedding party remember the people who cannot be there......
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Phone, consultation at shop, quotation, venue visit (if required), contact 1 month before wedding and any time during the process, confirm all requirements 2 weeks before, complete the wedding flowers and delivery to bridal party and venue. Everyone being happy!
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
A WWII medal.

What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
Preserve them is possible, lay them on a loved one's grave or keep them if your honeymoon is a few weeks away.
