Update emails or phone calls 6. Eight weeks prior to wedding, final meeting to review order and confirm numbers and requirements. 6. Invoice raised. 7. Week of wedding courtesy call to check all last minute details. 8. Wedding morning, flowers delivered and set up at venue. 9. Happy Wedding Day.

All flowers are symbolic of something. The most important thing I think is to choose flowers that are at their best on their own season and something that is special to you.
