I’m Rachel, an independent florist specialising in sumptuous floral design, full of romance and charm. Working from a busy studio at the bottom of my garden, I supply wedding flowers throughout Bristol, Bath, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Inspired by the English countryside and cottage gardens that overflow with an abundance of blooms, I’m deeply passionate about the natural beauty of flowers and the incredible impact they can create at weddings and events. From the moment I started working as a Saturday girl for my local florist at the age of 13, and throughout the years I spent honing my skills at other establishments, my enthusiasm for flowers has never waned. Whether I’m loading the van after a trip to market, unpacking the morning’s orders or poring over wraps of flowers laid out on my workbench, I still find myself in awe of the stunning natural materials I’m lucky enough to work with on a daily basis. In 2012, I finally decided to launch The Rose Shed. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of couples bring their floral daydreams into reality. Focusing on classic, timeless arrangements with on-trend, design-led details, I draw on my many years of experience to produce work that is elegant, effortless and incredibly stylish.
