It's never too early to start planning and researching suppliers
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I always love seeing personal pieces particularly in bouquets - charms, small pictures and significant items
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I invite each couple to see me for a free one hour no obligation consultation - prior to this I ask for photos of their floral ideas - I then make up a number of arrangements for them to see - we then design their flowers together to ensure their flowers are perfect - I stay in contact with couples right up to their special day
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
A tiny dummy which reminded a bride of her Nanny!
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
Obviously a rose for love but I also like using herbs particularly Rosemary (for rememberence) - this is a lovely way to remember loved ones who are no longer with the couple
What is the most romantic flower and why?
That's decided by the couple!
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
The flowers are returned to me after the wedding.
