I believe that every wedding is special and for that reason I will only work on one wedding at a time in order to give it my full attention. Having had an excellent grounding in technique from Lackham college and Jane Packer I feel confident that I create beautiful wedding flowers. Sometimes I just provide a Bride's bouquet and a Groom's buttonhole, and sometimes my team and I will spend days creating bouquets, buttonholes, table arrangements, church archways and pedestals and of course Thank You bouquets for Mothers.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

We hung paper lanterns with tea lights from lowest bough of oak tree at my daughters wedding - they looked absolutely stunning after dark just gently shifting in the breeze. Magical.

Preliminary chat at my shop with photographs and looking at flowers in stock. Guide prices. Follow up meeting (s) to fine tune flower choices. Meet couple on site during set up.

What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?

Clematis

Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?

You can't beat white roses, or garden roses and sweet peas for a summer wedding, but otherwise it is more important that the bride includes flowers that have specific relevance for her.

What is the most romantic flower and why?

Sweet pea because it is so delicate and has the most stunning scent

What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?

Give them to friends and family who have helped with the wedding
