Enjoy it! It shouldn't be a stressful experience. Always trust your suppliers, get to know them individually to keep your mind at ease. It will make for a more happy and more rememberable experience. If you feel they are not for you, find someone else you can fully trust.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once a couple are ready to go ahead, a booking pack is sent out for them to sign. Once received back I work with the on the on coming months to plan all aspects of our service, plus any special requirements they may have. I offer each couple also the opportunity to arrange a personal one to one meeting at there choose venue prior to there big day. I feel this is key feature I offer which allows me to personally understand there music tastes, plus a great way for them to get to know me personally. Always trust your Supplier. Each couple is also given a unique booking area on our website. This is a personal area dedicated to only there booking. This a great tool for them to add there own personal requests prior to there big day, check booking details & process payments.
