Wedding DJ Oxford - Incandescence

Dave at Incandescence was a fantastic DJ and MC at our wedding. The music and lighting he provided set the theme excellently and we and the guests had a blast. We highly recommend Incandescence to people planning their wedding. Dave provides a friendly and professional service, and will give you plenty of time and scope to discuss your wedding needs. In addition, we found the client website Incandescence provided very useful and it was easy for us and our guests to select songs.

There is nothing bad I can say about Incandescence and the amazing wedding day we had with thanks to Dave. He was on hand before the big day to go through a rough plan and answer any questions (and I mean any, not just about his set) about the day. The website to pick songs (ones to use, ones to definitely use, and ones to definitely avoid) was great, as was the surprise present that made an evening of picking songs that bit more special and entertaining! I can't recommend Dave enough, quite simply!

Dave meet us six months before our Wedding to discuss a number of things about our special day. It was after this 1st meeting that we knew we had defiantly selected ‘The best disco’, we were amazed by the lovely touches such as:- -Background music during Wedding Breakfast. -Use of microphone for speeches. -Even speakers outside for when guests arrived and during the evening with music playing (this was a great tough esp as the sun did shine for us on our Wedding Day) -Our name in lights (Mr & Mrs Taylor) spinning on the dance floor during the disco....we even got to choose the style of font via the Incandescence website. -Via the website we were also able to select,preview (listen) to a catalogue of tracks and if we liked create our own unique playlist (but also Dave was still able to play requests on the evening) Incandescence offers a truely special Wedding Package and isn’t just a disco that will turn up a play the music they have.....they will listen to you, what you like and want you perhaps don’t like and then deliver on this. Dave and we also must mention you good lady Vicky you are truly awesome company and would recommend you to anyone,thanks again, Mr and Mrs Taylor.

Dave did a great job in helping everything run smoothly for our wedding. His equipment was very professional and looked great, he was more than helpful in preparation to the big day, and the set up was not at all intrusive despite the fact that he catered for background music over dinner, the ceremony music, background music and the evening set. The option to have preferred tracks and 'avoid' tracks was great as we didn't want too many cheesy classics on the day which was perfect. Couldn't have gone better and couldn't recommend more highly!

Dave and Vicky, at Incandescence, were our presenter, DJ and organiser for a Photo Booth and lighting arrangements at our wedding - including our name in lights. Leading up to the big day, we had several meetings to discuss what we wanted with all the fine detail. Dave delivered everything we asked for and really made our day special. We were extremely pleased with the layout, lighting effects and how the setup was performed and handled. Dave is a true professional in this area. We would not hesitate to use Incandescence again.

Dave is an excellent DJ. He’s thoroughly professional, but with a relaxed manner. We appreciated the chance to chat with him during the booking process, which meant he got to know us and fully understood the relaxed and lowkey approach we wanted. His massive choice of music meant all our needs were covered and it was great that he sourced the songs not already in his library. We especially loved having the option to choose our “must play” songs (and “must not plays”!) Dave’s excellent service ensured that we had a brilliant night dancing away to all our favourite tunes, with our favourite people!

Dave was absolutely superb at our wedding earlier this year. Really well organised, perfect timing, and amazing DJing at our wedding reception. Everyone loved the evening dancing. Can't recommend highly enough!

Incandescence is such a good DJ. They have really good lights and kit. Dave was very easy to talk to and very reliable. Would highly recommend Incandescence.

I run an entertainment company and have worked closely together with Dave on 5 Weddings this year. Dave is very professional and ALWAYS does a fantastic job. He really knows how to read a crowd and work the dance floor. Guests and clients alike love him and he always goes that extra mile to make sure everybody is happy! I wouldn't use anybody else for our events.
