Alan and Jackie Rankine

We started Rankine Photography in the summer of 2000 and haven’t looked back. We’re a husband-and-wife team and are both professional photographers. We love weddings. It’s great fun to be part of the exciting build up, to photograph the day as it unfolds, and to help capture your brilliant memories for the future. Our clients have told us they appreciate our friendly, open, quiet, but professional approach. We offer a combination of creativity and technical ability, balanced by exemplary service and perfectionism. We believe that it’s vital to understand what you, our clients need and want. An important part of our approach is discussing your wedding in detail with you and listening to your photography ideas. When not photographing weddings, Alan can be found riding his motorcycle or traveling around S.E. Asia – often combining the two. This gives Jackie ample opportunity for some catch-up time with the girls and the all-important retail therapy. We have a shared love and enthusiasm for travel. Our favourite destination is South Africa – its people, food, wine, and of course its big cats!
