Engagement shoot helped us

Eva is just brilliant, the engagement shoot helped us to get to know her beforehand and helped us get used to being in front of the camera so it wasn’t so daunting on the big day. Eva is friendly, puts you at ease and mucked in on the day. Her photos tell the story of our day without fussing and posing. Not only did she make us feel special but she made our guests feel special too by taking family shots. I would highly recommend this lovely lady.

I cannot recommend Eva highly enough. She made us feel relaxed and comfortable from the start and her photos from our wedding day are absolutely beautiful – they tell the story of the day and she manages to capture all of the little, special moments. She’s creative and has some brilliant ideas for shots, plus she’s friendly and good fun so having her around is just like having another good friend at your wedding 🙂 The package was great value too and included an engagement shoot which we found really useful as a practise run and a way to get to know each other. Plan the timeline carefully considering the light during the day & have a prober big breakfast in the morning!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

First we meet for a drink or coffee to get to know each other which is really important [we're gonna spend the wedding day together, you better like me!] and chat about wedding plans. I love pre-wedding shoots as well as these are a perfect practice before the big day.

What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Even though I approach the day in a documentary style, I believe that a portrait with your closest family members will be the photo cherished by you the most in the future.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
