Faye Ford Photography Full Description
A wedding is about two people in love making a lifetime commitment to each other regardless of age, religion, race or gender. I have covered weddings in some of the most amazing venues in UK . From huge castles, Manor houses and Teepees to intimate registry services with only a handful of guests. All weddings are important and each wedding is unique to me. I am a documentary wedding photographer. Every wedding is filled with, fun, excitement ,laughter, joy , surprises, intimacy, tears and lots and lots of love. Lots of wonderful moments to capture creatively. There is no need for cheesy, uncomfortable , awkward posing. When you look at your wedding photos they should transport you right back to that moment and all of those emotions that you were feeling. After all your wedding photographs are the one thing that you will look through for the rest of your married life.

Faye is so friendly...
Faye is so friendly, funny and approachable but at the same time so professional, you can almost see her mind ticking over thinking what will look best and where and always had us at heart in everything she did and the vision she had for us. Faye was amazing and has given us the most wonderful pictures of our wedding party to treasure forever, they are truly gorgeous and had myself and my family gasping and oohing at every photo

I really cannot praise faye highly enough when carrying out our wedding photography. From the morning of the wedding she made myself and all my wedding party feel so at ease and comfortable meaning she captured some great genuine shots fromy the background. Faye was an absolute delight to have at our wedding. Me and my new husband are absolutely stunned at how well the photographs have turned out. Not only does Faye make an effort regarding every aspect of your wedding she tries to capture every moment and I honestly don't believe she missed any part of our special day. Faye was able to offer come really cool and innovative ideas which we hadn't thought of and executed them to perfection while being a stealth on the day we didnt know she was there!!! We were over the moon with the end result and had so many great photos which truly told the story of our perfect day!!! Communication from day one through to the albums arriving was faultless. Our expectations were managed every step of the way and could not have wished for a better photographer!!

Faye captured our special day perfectly, we felt extremely comfortable with her, she gave us confidence during our photos and the outcome was sensational, we couldn't of asked for anything more perfect, our interpretation of what we wanted were transferred into more than we could of wished for, she was professional throughout the day and we didn't feel like she was intrusive or forced at any time, it was all so natural, she captured some amazing shots which we will cherish forever

Faye was truly wonderful in the lead up to our wedding and on the day, nothing was ever too much trouble. She is very personable, professional and truly has an amazing ability to catch people's most precious moments. Faye wasn't intrusive or pushy & at times we didn't even realise she was there! I can truly say...
I can truly say, Faye was outstanding in all aspects on our wedding day. Extremely professional, friendly, approachable, creative and played a massive part in our day. She was able to co ordinate around 150 people over a long period of time, and everybody commented on how wonderful she was. When we recieved our photos we were completely blown away with not only her eye for detail and lighting but capturing the natural most wonderful moments of our day.

Faye was amazing from first contact until our special day! Faye was so friendly and so professional. Communication was excellent throughout and quality of our photo's are excellent. Faye took on board exactly how we had described to her the way we wanted our photo's to look and she achieved exactly that. She was great with our guests on the day (of all ages) and especially our two children, who were 3yrs and 11months. We would definitely recommend her and feel like we have gained a friend!

Faye is an excellent photographer...
Faye is an excellent photographer. She is such a dream to have around on your special day and by the time i'd finished getting ready it felt like we'd been friends for years, which was so comforting when you may be a little nervous or excited. She is fully adaptable for the types of shots you want as a couple for your day and the quality of her products both digital and printed are amazing. She made our day truly amazing and we will most definitely use Faye for any future events or portraits.

my wife...
my wife and I both hate having our picture taken but we were both made to feel comfortable and at ease. Both Faye and Claire were amazing and captured our day brilliantly, the photos were taken naturally no uncomfortable posing, we didn't always know some of the pictures had been taken they blended in with our guests. Our day was captured perfectly and we have beautiful pictures capturing our memories we can cherish forever

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Plan the wedding that you want. Be creative, think outside the box , be as different as you can be.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I had a wedding where they had children . Within the wedding ceremony they made a family promise with the children. It was very emotional and the children loved being part of the ceremony

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I have photographed many weddings, so you are in safe hands. After we have spoken about your wedding you can relax knowing that I have everything covered with your photography.

What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?

I think couples should have something that is real. I am not into posing, I love photographing moments that are real.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

I have taken so many beautiful photographs, I couldn't choose. Each wedding is unique and new to me . Your photographs are going to be like no other I have ever photographed.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Just carry on as normal. What is a little rain?Thats not going to stop me from taking beautiful photographs of your wedding day so it shouldn't stop you enjoying yourself

Describe how you got into photography.

I got married overseas and didn't take the time to look into wedding photography. My wedding photographs were awful , when we came home I enrolled on a photography course and studied at night college and from there I fell in love with photographing people and especially weddings.
