Every wedding I take on is a memorable one. My approach is to treat my couples as friends, so each wedding is very special to me. I do have a special memory of a grandma of the groom who was an absolute delight to be around and photograph. She found my address and wrote me a lovely thank you letter which was a very special thing for me to receive.
natural, joyful, happy, meaningful, loving
Becoming a wedding photographer was a dream of mine and to actually be it is something I am very proud of and passionate about.
Do it your way.
A lovely chat (in person, skype, telephone) to decide if we are to work together and to hear all about the wedding day plans. A final planning meeting 2 weeks before the big day to go over the finer details, A whole lot of love and photos on the big day, and the finished result delivered within 6 weeks.
A photo of the couple being in love.
My couples tend to trust me and ask me to capture the story of the day as it unfolds rather than posed shots. That being said, if a couple want to get creative, I'm always up for it :)
Embrace it.
I've always loved photography and did various courses, yet it wasn't until I moved to France that I pursued it as a career. I started with family shoots and then was asked to photograph a woodland wedding. On the day it was like a fireball hit me and I knew at that point, wedding photography is what I wanted to do, and since moving back to the UK I haven't looked back.
