Think what makes your love unique and different. Be yourself. Follow your heart. Don't be afraid to do things differently than everyone else.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Couples being uniquely and boldly themselves
Describe your typical process with a couple.
First of all, we decide if we're the right fit for each other. We only take up the job if we believe we can deliver the best results and meet couple's expectations. Likewise, we make sure that the couple trust us and our ability to create the most beautiful wedding photos or film. If that's a double yes, then we ask for 20% deposit to secure your wedding date and arrange a pre-wedding shoot whenever possible. From there we start planing shots for the day and help couple with any questions or worries they might have. During the wedding, we always make sure that the couple never feels intimidated by the camera or put into awkward posing positions. We always try to be as helpful, friendly and cheerful as possible. After the wedding, we have photos/film ready within about 2 months.
What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The sunset kiss :) It's a bit cliche, but OH SO ROMANTIC!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
embrace it, love it, go kiss and dance in the rain :)
Describe how you got into photography.
I went to art school as a teenager and later studied Fine Art at Uni. I have experimented with a variety of different mediums and creative forms and I find that photography and film are my favourite way to express my ideas and document beautiful things around me, such as weddings. In 2017 my husband has joined me as a chief videographer, and ever since we have been creating completely bespoke, personal, luxury wedding memories for couples all around UK and Europe.
