I absolutely love photographing weddings! I shot one of my best friend's weddings in February 2019 and haven't looked back. It is a huge honour and privilege to be asked to document such a special and emotion-filled day and I do my best to capture every beautiful little detail in my candid and natural style. I focus on documenting your day as it happens over posing and bossing around. I blend in like one of your guests but I'm always on the lookout for those images which will best tell the story of your day. Whether that's a quiet look and a gentle touch or a raucous party and rounds of Jagerbombs, my little lens sees it all! I work hard to capture the emotion and atmosphere of your day, as well as all the little details which you've worked hard to include. This means that that looking at your images will take you back to that moment, that feeling, and you will have a collection of wedding photographs which are uniquely yours. My full day package (from morning prep to evening party) starts at £750 and I also have a 4-hour half-day package for £350. To either of these packages you can add a pre-wedding photoshoot, second photographer, prints, albums or extra hours - no pressure, just build a package that works for you. Your wedding photographer is with you all day - from excited butterflies in the morning to the wild dance moves in the evening - so its important we get along! That's why I always include a face to face meeting or Skype chat in my wedding packages. Do get in touch for a full wedding brochure or to ask any questions!

Definitely do things your way! Your wedding should be a reflection of you as a couple and what you're passionate about.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

A wedding cake featuring the couple's two dogs and six guinea-pigs - loved members of the family who couldn't attend the wedding!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We always have a chat before your wedding so that we can get to know each other and so I know exactly what you have planned for your day. I always try to make sure my photographs reflect what is most important to you. We will also go through any group shots you would like to do so I have a list prepared to have with me on the day. I do recommend doing a pre-wedding photoshoot - not only is it great fun, its like a trial run so you know what its like to have your photo taken by your wedding. One less thing to worry about! On the day I'll be with you from the morning through to the evening. I do all I can to make sure your day is relaxed and runs smoothly. We will take a few minutes out during the day to take you off for your couples shoot, otherwise I capture the action as it happens! After your wedding I will be in touch to share your slideshow and wedding gallery with all your images. If you would like an album or more prints we can meet up to chat about the options.

What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Every couple is unique, so I don't think there is a number one photo which would apply to everyone. I try to get to know you as a couple so that I can take an image which will be your No 1 photo to treasure.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Enjoy it! Just because it rains on your wedding day doesn't mean it needs to be a wash-out. There are plenty of opportunities for great shots indoors, or outside with umbrellas. Take it all in your stride and don't let it dampen your day (geddit?!)
