What is your most memorable wedding?
We have a few favourites: A Game of Thrones inspired medieval wedding at Cockabendy Castle which was really fun and made gorgeous images which we have on display in our studio. Another is an elopement in the Cairngorms where the couple had come over from Australia to get married just themselves in stunning scenery with just their humanist and us as photographers and witnesses, it was a real honour to be part of!

Book your most important suppliers as early as possible to get the ones you want.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Maiden names of the females in the families as table names.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We invite you into our studio to have a chat about your plans for the big day and discuss what you are looking for with the photography. We have albums and wall art on display for you to look at but our main aim at this point is to get to know you. Once booked we keep in touch on the run up to the day and organise a pre-wedding photoshoot if that's something you want and also a pre-wedding meeting a couple of weeks before the day to run through the final details and timings etc. We will present you with your USB of final edited images 4-6 weeks after the wedding.
What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?
A romantic picture of just the bride and groom - this is what you will want to hang on your wall.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
A wedding day love lock on the Forth Road Bridge!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Wellies and enthusiasm!
Describe how you got into photography.
We always had a love for documenting family life and then realised we had a knack for capturing special moments. Family and friends encouraged us to go for it with our business and we have never looked back, we absolutely love what we do!
