We have just received our wedding photos and all plans/ work/ time is going out of the window as we cannot stop looking at them! Thank you so much for capturing what was the best day of our lives so perfectly, and letting us relive the moments, emotions, and funny stories from the day so vividly. From the outset the service has been top notch - we have very much enjoyed getting to know Wayne, which has been very easy due to the time he takes to allow this. The interest and attention to detail achieved through the engagement shoot, catch up coffees and skype calls, all added to how comfortable we felt on the day, and how confident we were in his service. Wayne was just incredible.

Wayne was just incredible. We are so pleased we chose to book him to capture our wedding day. From our initial meeting over coffee to saying goodbye after Wayne had captured the photos of our sparklers at the evening reception we enjoyed all the time we spent with him. We were always at ease around Wayne and he made having our photos taken a relaxing and fun experience. The photos he captured are just beautiful and we never fail to smile when we look at them! If you are looking for a relaxed photographer who will capture the most beautiful moments from your special day then Wayne is your man!

What is your most memorable wedding?

In Texas, I got to shoot a rifle whilst hanging with the groomsmen. They were all country cowboys and wanted to show this Londoner why they're so attached to their guns. I'm yet to be convinced but we got some great pictures. Stetsons, ten gallon hats, a porch, and miles of Texas country. It was quite the experience.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Authentic, unobtrusive, spontaneous, emotive, intimate

What about your business are you most proud of?

My craft is the culmination of my experiences and influences and the pictures I take resonate with me. I'm proud that I don't have to bend to the latest fads and trends, and that enough couples connect with my work so that I don't have to.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Ask to view full wedding galleries to get a clearer idea on what you're likely to receive. Do you have a connection with a particular photographer's work? Choose them, and do so in plenty of time.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

The speeches are often my favourite time. The formal events of the day are over and guests are enjoying themselves over a meal and a drink (or two). I love the expressions I'm able to get during this time. The most personal touch that I've witnessed was a poem, written and read by the maid of honour to her friend, the bride. It was a 10 minute ode that covered their childhood to the here and now. A lump in throat moment.

What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?

The one that they didn't know was being taken.
