I honestly don't have one. I remember every single one as they're all unique. I have been lucky enough to capture a range of different weddings.
Documentary. Discrete. Happy. Emotive. Colourful.
The fact that I captured my first wedding in May 2016. I currently have over 34 weddings in 2017 booked :)
Have fun. Don't get too stressed about it. When it comes to your photography choose style and character - you need to get along with your photographer as you will spend quite a bit of time with them!
The couple didn't have a wedding cake - they asked guests to bring in baked goods.
From the first enquiry, we meet up via Skype, or a chat on the phone. Once booked in, we will go to have a coffee and walk around the venue. We keep in touch and a month out, I send a small form with all the final details. On the day we're almost like friends!
One (just one) looking straight at the camera. I personally don't like these as I prefer emotive images BUT parents/ family usually ask for that one for their mantlepiece so I make sure I include it!
One of all the bridesmaids giving a piggyback to the groomsmen (they were strong!)
Get out and enjoy it. Make the most of it. Put up some umbrellas, grab some wellies and go for it. If you don't want to get wet - no dramas, there's always indoor space to make use of.
I studied when I was pregnant with my first child. Purely for my enjoyment. When we moved over to the UK from Sydney, Australia I just thought, I have nothing to loose. It took off extremely quickly!
