From start to finish my aim is to make the photography something you can tick off your long list and forget about knowing that I have you covered! To enable me to do this I meet in person with my couples and have a lovely chat about you and what is important to you. I get a feel for your style, your likes and dislikes and then a month before the wedding we touch base again and I draw up a schedule. One week before the big day I will give you a very quick courtesy call to hear how the nerves are and make sure nothing has changed too dramatically and then your're all set. On the wedding day you can relax knowing that I will be around for all those lovely moments with friends and family. You will have a huge selection of candids, all the formals, a group shot of your whole wedding party, all the details and some beautiful touching portraits of you and your other half as well as the fun stuff that happens when you're not looking. If you book me for the whole day, I tend to use a second shooter so that the groom does not feel left out and I find this then allows me to get amazing shots in the evening with some special lighting. This is also a good opportunity to show off your chosen venue. Every wedding is designed with the couple's wishes and needs in the centre, though the main format usually stays the same and I work quickly and efficiently through every stage and only have to direct you and your guests during the formals and couple portraits, the rest of the day I will just be a gentle presence capturing you and the people who mean the most in the world to you both. I have seen how important a single photograph of a loved one can be to a client on several occasions and take my responsibility very seriously and understand what the images mean to you and your family.
