FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

My bride hadn't seen her brother for over 3 years due to being in the army and conflicting schedules. She thought he wasn't able to come and walk her down the aisle, however myself and the groom arranged for this as a surprise. On the day of the wedding, her brother arrived and the whole wedding party was in tears, it was the most special thing ever, seeing the room full of joy! Her brother was a pilot, and arranged for his colleagues to fly over the drinks reception, it was absolutely fantastic!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Organised, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Determined, Family Orientated.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I have worked in events for many years and in 2020 I have decided to start my own business. As a business I am proud to be able to offer my clients personalised services whether its as a celebrant, planning their wedding or managing it on the day. I love that I can build relationships with my clients and work together to create the most memorable ceremonies and weddings.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Be patient with one another and compromise.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

When couples include their heritage, I love it when I see a Scottish wedding & they bring in the piper and offer Haggis for a canapé. Things like this can really make a wedding that bit more special.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We will start with a consultation to discuss what the couple are looking for, this will also be a meet & greet to ensure that you like me :) After the consultation, I will put together a proposed plan and from there we will have chats throughout the planning process and make any amendments or changes that you require.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?

Nothing too unusual for me, I thrive off exciting and unusual ceremonies and weddings!

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

Being organised and taking the stress away from my clients.

The ceremony, as they commit their love to one another.
