What is your most memorable wedding?
I planned an intimate wedding in Normandy and everything was to be outdoors, however, the clouds started to roll in and a thunderstorm was brewing. My clients really wanted to sit under the trees for dinner, if just for a moment and they did. We moved everyone just after the starter was cleared and the heavens opened. It was perfect timing and everyone had an amazing evening!

What about your business are you most proud of?
The fact that we are authentically ourselves throughout the process.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Do what makes you happy, you're only going to (hopefully) do this once and you will regret trying to please everyone.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A dinosaur ice sculpture which doubled as a vodka luge! It was about 6 ft tall and the guests had a great time!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We want to get to know the couple as much as possible so we can create something that represents them as a couple. We have face to face meetings and calls to discuss each step of the design.
What is your favourite moment at a wedding?
When the couple walk in and see the reception we have spent hours discussing. They are always blown away by seeing what was a dream become reality.
