We met Sian at a couple of Wedding fayer's and although we had our venue booked which had there own Wedding Planner we liked the idea of the Toastmaster aspect to make the day that extra special. When we spoke in more detail with Sian we realised that with her Wedding Planning knowledge both her and the venue would work well together. We had a planning meeting at the venue and ran through everything we wanted and Sian had some great suggestions and ideas being she was independent of the venue. Leading up to the day Sian contacted all our suppliers to make sure everything was ready and going to plan. On our Wedding Day Sian arrived early in the morning and helped out making sure everything was going how it should be including checking that everything was set out correctly for the Wedding Breakfast. Sian looked amazing in her Toastmaster Regalia as she greeted and mingled with our guests. Sian was so attentive all day checking that everything was going as it should. She made sure that both my wife and I had a drink and set some canopies aside whilst we were busy with the photographer so we did not miss out. Then came the Wedding Breakfast and Sian came into her own as the Master of Ceremonies, announcing us into the room and introducing the speeches. Sian stayed with us until after our First Dance and we would both like to say that Sian looked elegant, was professional, attentive and left nothing to chance and was just fantastic throughout. Sian you made our day even more special and we have found a friend for life and words are not enough but thank you love Ian & Julie xx

Sian was fantastic through the whole organisation process and dealing with all the suppliers on the day to make sure the wedding went smoothly. She goes beyond her job role and even managed to get me a few discounts and reviewed some supplier contracts. I would recommend her to anyone looking for some help with their wedding. Thank you Sian for helping with such a beautiful day with memories that I will cherish forever.

My husband and I have always been a little different, so when we decided to get married of course it had to be weird!! I knew from the minute we decided that we wanted a festival style wedding with nothing but a field I was going to need help. When I finally come across Sian it was like the light bulb had finally turned on and she was completely on our wave length, nothing phased her or surprised her, she had completely embraced what we was trying to achieve. When I was stressed she was calm and kept reassuring us that we was all on track. I know Sian is in much demand and at no point did we feel like we was just another client for every question there was an answer for every problem their was a solution, we didn't even know there were problems until after they had been solved. When the planning was over and the wedding was here I thought Sian can clearly not top her performance from the previous 2 years, but if by magic she did, she completely blew us away and we could not have asked for a better wedding, in fact it exceeded our expectations. We could not have done this without her and any bride and groom that use Sian in the future are very lucky to have her as part of their experience. We cannot thank Sian and of course Chris enough for everything they have done, we are sad the wedding over but also because this journey we have been on with Sian is over.........We best start saving for a renewal of vows!

Sian was on top of everything from our first conversations, and worked really hard to get our wedding day timeline exactly on point. She took the time to read through our contracts with our suppliers in detail and liaised directly with them to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. We had a small issue with a supplier not providing something we were expecting on the day, but Sian went way above and beyond to solve the issue herself. She was also so helpful in getting the venue all set up before the wedding - we had a lot of elements to our day but she was on top of them all. Aside from the above Sian was really great to deal with - she was always responsive, had our best interests at heart and helped make the day go exactly as we hoped! From the first meeting Sian I knew she would be perfect for our day and I had every faith she would make our day run smoothly. Myself and Sian would speak on the phone and email all the way up to the wedding day. Even on the day she will pick up the phone. We both went to the venue before the big day and seeing Sian even then I knew she would make our day special. Sian helped tweak the timeline for the day to make sure everything fell into place and guests would not be left standing around waiting. Sian contacted every supplier to take away any stress. On the day co-ordination and Toastmaster service meant the day was run perfect, Sian made sure that no one got a glimpse of me before I walked down the aisle. (Hard at times). Sian was by far the best she made sure we were looked after by everyone around us. Even if it meant Sian followed us with a plate of food so we ate. Thank you 😊. Sian was our Master of ceremonies ( and so so much more) Sian took all of the stress out of arranging the day and gave up so much of her time to help us plan the wedding day from start to finish. On the day of the wedding, despite crazy winds which required us to have a lot of last minute adjustments, everything went to plan. Sian kept everyone on track and I can honestly say that I did not give a second thought to the timings! Sian was professional, considerate, kind and genuinely made it so we could relax and enjoy our day exactly the way we’d planned it. We could not recommend Sian highly enough. From the initial introductions through to the day itself, Sian was responsive, alert and her attention to detail was something to behold! On the day itself, she took complete charge and managed our various suppliers, meaning we didn't have to worry about a thing other than having the best time!
