Paul Mitchell - Toastmaster

Wow, what can I say!! Paul is fantastic!! From our initial meeting, to even after our wedding, Paul has been professional, helpful, understanding, kind and definitely helped to make our day the best of our lives! Paul goes above and beyond the call of duty, more than I could have expected! He looked the part, so smart. His personality radiated throughout the day! So many comments from guests as to how wonderful he was! I can't thank him enough!

Paul was our Toastmaster at our wedding at Great Fosters and was absolutely amazing, such a professional. As soon as we met we were confident Paul would do a fantastic job, he put us at ease and went through everything from start to finish. On the day Paul made us both feel completely reassured and we didn't feel worried about anything. So many guest said what a wonderful job Paul did and helped the day flow so smoothly, especially when we were both feeling a little overwhelmed. Paul was such an asset to our day, Thank you again.

I honestly don’t think there are enough words I could say to praise Paul. He stepped in 2 weeks before our wedding when very sadly the in-house toastmaster at our wedding venue passed away very suddenly. Paul was incredibly professional and reassuring. He made me feel even more so that the day would go to plan. It honestly felt that each time I spoke to him even from the first time we spoke that I was talking to a good friend and on the big day this continued and I had so many compliments from our guests on how great Paul was as most of them had never been to a wedding with a toastmaster and they don’t understand why now. Paul helped out so much on the day along with our wedding co-ordinator to make it so myself and my groom David had nothing to worry about, he even held my dress up from the rain and held an umbrella above me without me even having to ask! We felt like complete royalty and have absolutely no regrets in booking Paul and I’d recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a toastmaster for an event or wedding. I hope I will see him at family and friend events soon as I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know going forward. All that is left to say Paul is thank you so much and I can honestly say our day would not have been the same without you.

Paul was the Toastmaster at our Wedding in August 2018. From the first meeting Paul showed his professionalism and attention to detail, taking time to understand the intricacies of the wedding plans and family setup to ensure a smooth running of the day. On the day Paul ensured that everything ran smoothly, from assisting the photographer with line-ups for the photos right through to cutting the cake and the first dance! We all had a great day and everyone commented on how well Paul conducted his job. We could not recommend Paul more highly he definitely delivers a 5* service!!

Since working at the Warren I have come into contact with many people concerned with the wedding business. One of my best encounters has been Mr Paul Mitchell, a professional Toastmaster. He is extremely good at his job, nothing is too much trouble and he goes out of his way to ensure that the lucky couple’s day runs smoothly. Paul is always impeccably dressed, courteous and efficient. Paul’s main concern is always for the 'Happy Couple'. His aim is for them to have a truly memorable day, with the minimum amount of stress. Paul is a thoroughly professional man who manages to think of all the smallest details to make the day. His attention to detail is second to none, and not only is he concerned about the happy couple, but he manages to make the immediate family and all the guests feel very special. I can’t stress enough how good Paul is at his job, and he also has a wonderful sense of humour and endless patience dealing with guests. When Paul arrived he took all the pressure off me and my staff. He took control of the proceedings, allowing me to concentrate on the main job of ensuring the wedding ran smoothly. He ensures that timings are kept to, no easy feat when dealing with large wedding parties. As soon as I saw Paul arrive at a function I knew there would not be any problems, and should any arise they would be dealt with quickly and quietly. In my opinion, Paul is an absolute asset for anyone running a wedding venue. The Warren also held other social functions such as “Ladies Nights”, Banquets and business lunches where Paul officiated and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Keith Beckley. Paul was our Toastmaster for our wedding at Kingswood Golf and Country Club and was absolutely brilliant!! From the first time we spoke to him he put us at ease and made us feel relaxed with organising the biggest day of our lives. He was there every step of the way and was always happy to answer anything we wasn’t sure about. On the day of the wedding he couldn’t have looked after us any better. He calmed our nerves before the ceremony and supported us throughout the day. Paul is very professional and made the whole day run very smoothly. Paul was Toastmaster at our wedding at Kingswood Golf Club on 1st September 2018 and all I can say is Paul was exceptional from start to finish- I cannot imagine my wedding day without Paul there to make the day run so smoothly! Paul was professional, friendly and ALWAYS one step ahead! He knew exactly what I, my husband and my guests would need before we even realised we needed it! He helped with all aspects of the wedding reception and put me so much at ease. Not only was Paul great on the day but also during the run-up to the day, he was highly-organised, extremely approachable and always there to answer questions. So me and my husband got married 1st December 2018 and we were lucky enough to have Paul as our Toastmaster. Paul is an exceptional Toastmaster and our whole wedding experience was perfect because of him. He was always there to support us and gave us great advice. Nothing was ever a problem for Paul and was always easy to contact. Paul was amazing during the lead up to our wedding. He was definitely the special touch to our wedding day. We had nothing to worry about, as Paul had sorted it all. His lovely humour had all my guests laughing!! and even now they still comment how amazing my Toastmaster was. We totally agree too!! Paul, you were absolutely fabulous and our day ran so perfectly because of you. Thank you for being part of our special day xx.

We cannot recommend Paul enough! He was a fantastic support in our wedding planning, offering us tips and advice, even helping the men with their speeches! On the day he was everything we hoped and more- completely in control of everything, ensuring that everything on the day went smoothly so we could relax completely and just enjoy ourselves! Paul looked after us all day and we had no worries at all, he was completely professional and covered everything exactly as we had asked! When he had a spare few minutes Paul chatted and joked with our guests, and even joined the dance floor for a little boogie at the end of the night! Booking Paul was the best decision we made. The co-ordination he brought to our day meant we could savour more moments rather than run around trying to get people for photos, to the breakfast etc. We had a meeting and phone call with Paul before the wedding so he knew all our details, you can see straight away even then the pride he takes in his job.
