I cannot rate the service from Lou high enough. I went in to her shop with a vague idea of roughly what I was looking for. She listened, advised & then made suggestions on style & the look. The headpiece that Lou created for me exceeded my expectations. I had my first fitting & was delighted with the creation. I then took it away & tried it on for my final fitting, took some pictures went back and discussed if any changes were needed (they weren't, it was perfect.

Incredibly Personalised but highly professional service. Lou was so friendly, amazing and so obviously passionate about what she does. She fitted me initially which she made so enjoyable and then on my second fitting, tweaked it here and there until she was sure the veil was absolutely right before packing it ultra carefully knowing it was making a transatlantic flight! The veil's shape was perfect when we got there and my American hairdresser commented it's the best quality she's ever seen!!

I was so happy with my headdress, which was custom made using the swatch from my wedding dress so it complimented my dress perfectly and was really reasonably priced. Lou was absolutely lovely, and made the headdress within a couple of weeks which i was also impressed with. I'd also like to mention her mother, who works for Lou, who was also incredibly helpful and friendly when i first came to shop.

Wow, I cannot recommend Lou enough! I went in to the shop to buy Bridesmaid Dresses and left with so much more. She made an amazing hair piece for me and earrings as well. She was beyond helpful going above and beyond what I expected. The items were perfect and great value for money considering the quality and personalisation. Lou provided great advice and I truly cannot recommend her enough!

As soon as I stepped in to Lou Lou puchalka I instantly felt welcome and warm inside. Lou gives you that feeling that you are the only bride in the whole world that is getting married. I went into see Lou when I was all out of ideas for my hair on my wedding day. She was patient, listened to me, let me try lots of things on and then based on that made something bespoke. The initial headpiece was perfect. I then changed my mind about how I was going to wear my hair and asked Lou to make my headband into 2 pieces only a week away from my wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and the end product was stunning and on time. Lou is a professional and fantastic and what she does!

Lou was so helpful and spent a long time with my bridesmaid and I to get our headbands just right. She kept in touch, made our accessories in plenty of time and they arrived beautifully packaged. The bands were gorgeous, brilliant quality and fitted the vibe of the wedding perfectly.

Lou Puchalka made us a beautiful bespoke Juliette Cap with flower and net detailing. She understand exactly what we wanted from our initial consultation and transformed a small drawing into the most beautiful headpiece imaginable!

Lou was super friendly and made all my bridesmaids feel comfortable. She got the dresses really quick and was quick to alter one that needed taking up. She was the perfect mix of professional and friendly.
