Describe your typical process with a couple.
On initial contact a meeting is set up either in person or via video link. We get a full brief of the wedding details, theme, colours. What the couple like and dislike. We provide a "Lets Get Planning" pack via email; this gives the couple invitation guidance, a sample of popular fonts and calligraphy fonts available, coloured print available. Along with wording examples, wedding wish poems and a sample request form along with our terms and conditions. Designs are drawn up and sent to the couple via email or messenger for review before the sample is actually made up for them. This allows any changes or amendements to be made at this stage. Once approval is given the sample is then handmade and sent, accompanied with a quotation. (All this and you have not parted with a penny) If you would like to go ahead after receiving your sample, an invoice is drawn up and a 50% deposit is required to purchase materials in advance. We give you a supply/delivery date and then get working on your order. We keep you updated through the process of your order, giving you regular updates, confirming that the materials have arrived, the date your order will begin production. Completion of your order, quality checks and then postage.

It is the invitation, it gives your guests all the information they require to join you on your special day. Date, Time, Place. Without this you would have a very quiet day...

How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?
Romance is in the look of the invitation, the quality of finish along with the wording. An invitation is special, it asks the person to join you on the most important day..... a day where memories are made and treasured.
