Listen to people's opinions and idea's but don't feel compelled to act on them. This is your day so listen, consider and then decide.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
There is an initial consultation, whether that be over phone, at a wedding fair or when viewing our vehicles. Once some detail has been discussed we ask for a low deposit to secure the booking and from then we create a booking form which we see as a working document for both us and the lucky couple. At least two weeks before the big day we reach out to confirm all the details we have are now firm and offer reassurance that all is in hand. All they need to do then is be ready for our arrival :)
What is your dream car and why?
Adam: Range Rover - The bigger the better and will a touch of luxury! After driving buses, coaches and HGV's for 15 years anything smaller feels like a Go-Kart. Gemma: Mercedes A-Class. Average in size but modern throughout. I like to think I'm easily pleased!
