Situated in a scenic Castlefield location, we have four stunning rooms for hire that are perfect for hosting weddings in Manchester. These rooms can accommodate between 30 to 150 guests, and will allow everyone involved to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Just imagine the gorgeous wedding photos taken beside the historic Canal Basin and white footbridge! In such a beautiful location and providing such fantastic rooms for hire, Barca offer you a romantic backdrop as part of our stunning Manchester wedding venue. Two of our wedding rooms for hire come with access to a balcony over-looking Castlefield and the canal. Every room offers a private bar and mouth-watering food, with everything from canapes to a three-course meal available for you to choose from. We also have our very own in-house DJ and lots of suppliers we can recommend to help your day run smoothly.

Wedding Reception FANTASTICWedding Reception FANTASTIC
We hired the VIP Lounge for our evening reception (the day reception was on a barge that dropped us at BARCA) We had an amazing evening with 100+ friends and family - the band were playing, the sun was shining, too much dancing (my feet are still sore) and the food was delicious. We opted for Cheese boards, Pizzas, wedges, salad etc.... and they went down a storm - compliments to the chef. Huge thanks to Jade who was on call for every query and meltdown I had during the run up to the event; Jade you are a star :):) Everything ran like clockwork. Milly was on hand during the evening to ensure everything ran smoothly and the bar staff were amazing - always smiling with great personalities!!!! Everyone done a fantastic job and made the night so memorable. I can't thank you all enough - each and every one of our party had a fantastic time at a great venue - next stop the wedding vow renewals hahahahaha We want to do it all over again. My daughter had her wedding this weekend at Barca and the day couldn't of ran smoother, Millie was more than what we could of asked for, she was brilliant and so attentive. The venue is stunning and the staff were great. Fantastic wedding! Fantastic wedding!
My wife and I got married at Barca Bar last weekend - the ceremony and reception were both held at the venue and we can't recommend it highly enough. Our guests and ourselves enjoyed a fantastic day. The venue is brilliantly located, the food and drink are great and the Barca staff are absolutely superb. Jade, Harry, Lauren and the entire Events Team made everything so simple for us, worked extremely hard and - even better - were great company and a good laugh! Thank you very much to everyone at Barca and for anyone considering this venue we'd urge you to go for it. Give Barca a shout so they can show you around and talk things through with you.
