Our communication and preparation with her from the initial query through to the big day was top notch. Very professional, punctual and friendly. On the day, everything was well handled and organised by the staff and Sarah went above and beyond for our guests. It was a bonus that the function room was given a mini-makeover weeks before our wedding. Everything went to plan! She accommodated our every need and was always prompt at replying to emails. The wedding reception exceeded our expectations. Staff, drinks, food, decorations... everything was as we had hoped for and more. The price is also reasonable for the high standard service you receive. It is a beautiful room with natural lighting from both sides and needed very little other decoration for our event. Organising our event with Sarah was very relaxed and straightforward, nothing was too much trouble and she offered some great advice and tips. The afternoon/evening ran like clockwork, the hot meal was superb and all the staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. We plan to use the Bath Function Rooms again and would have no hesitation in recommending the venue to others. Thank you again.
