Description

Our style is informal, we don't do silver service or serve meals to tables as all our menu options are served buffet style. We offer excellent customer service and high quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. On Saturdays you will have use of our two marquees and covered riverside decking which provides a wonderful outdoor extension for your guests to enjoy our beautiful setting. On Thursdays the whole of Beeses will be for your exclusive use, including the bar and gardens.

• wedding coordinator • dedicated member of staff for your party • exclusive use of your specified area • access to decorate the marquees is usually possible from 6.30p.m. on Friday for Saturday weddings and from 2p.m. on Wednesday for Thursday weddings (to be agreed). Our staff can assist with simple decoration of the decking area before your arrival if you wish. We ask that decorations are removed by 11a.m. the following day. • use of all furniture in hire areas • table linen • cutlery, crockery and tableware • use of your own mp3 player through the marquee PA (for background music only) • liaison with your band/DJ • Midnight extension on request

We had the most wonderful and perfect day and couldn’t have asked for more. The weather was kind to us, everyone who helped us make our day special did a sterling job and I would recommend Beeses to anyone. Beese’s provided the perfect relaxed setting for our wedding. Kate and her team helped us throughout the process to create the prefect day, from showing us around the site, answering our many questions, liaising with our band, helping to set up, to running a smooth event. The location enabled us to enjoy an idyllic boat-ride from Bristol City Centre along the River Avon to the unique venue with our guests. Arriving at the tranquil location we were able to make the most of the setting, relax, and enjoy the rest of the celebrations knowing that everything was in hand. Nothing was to too much trouble. We had an amazing wedding day at Beese, it’s such an idyllic location, a hidden gem. We loved how laid back it was and that we had complete freedom when it came to the food/drink and decoration. The staff were so helpful and catered to all of our needs! Not a thing went wrong, even the weather was on our side!
