We have several areas which make fantastic wedding ceremony and reception spaces and we have the flexibility to use each area over the course of your day. As well as our marquee and wood-panelled reception room, we have a smaller country lodge style private room and an exclusive private hillside marquee site. Otherwise, the gorgeous rural church of Channelkirk with its views across Lauderdale is just 5 minutes away. Wedding meal and drinks: Fabulous food, we feel, is at the heart of all of the best weddings we’ve ever been to, and Carfraemill can provide just that. We are passionate about creating menus using the very best of locally sourced ingredients. We work hard to give you something stunning but always within the all important wedding day budget you’ve set. As well as the food, we provide everything else needed for a great day: delicious wine and bubbly; beautiful flowers (if required); all tableware; and of course Carfraemill’s warm and focused team. Accommodation for your guests: There is something special about having all of the wedding party gathered in one place for a wedding. If this appeals, we have 10 individually designed, country lodge bedrooms which can be exclusively hired for your wedding party and guests. All bedrooms are stylish yet cosy with immaculate ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms. We also have 2 wonderful cottages just a mile up a country lane behind the hotel.
