Voted best wedding newcomer for 2017, in this years Wedding Industry Awards, Le Petit Château is a unique wedding venue in Northumberland. Bringing French style and elegance to the North East, the luxurious country manor is the perfect setting for your dream wedding.
The French-inspired venue is available for exclusive use for your wedding day. Yours will be the only wedding taking place on the day so you and your guests can relax and enjoy everything that Le Petit Château has to offer.
For your ceremony, we have the beautiful Belle Époque ceremony room for a romantic celebration. Alternatively, if you have your heart set on an al fresco service, you can enjoy our secret Mediterranean garden.
Le Petit Château has everything you could need for your perfect wedding. We have 11 pricing levels, plus an all-inclusive package, so there is something to suit every budget. We have a fabulous team of professionals and wedding co-ordinators to ensure that everything runs smoothly, so you can rest assured that your day is in safe hands.
Your wedding breakfast will be lovingly created by our award winning, in-house chefs. They will provide a menu based on your own personal tastes and specific requirements. We also have an excellent selection of cocktails for you and your guests to enjoy.
We have a variety of stunning, boutique bedrooms for your overnight guests. Each room is bursting with individual charm and character, with a complimentary suite for the happy couple. You could also extend your celebrations further by making a full weekend of it!

- MMatt & Emma16/07/2019A great venue and wedding day - just one issue!A great venue and wedding day - just one issue!I'll start with the problem as it may save you needing to read on. There was a bat in our bridal suite, and the staff could not get rid of it. from 1am to 2:30 am they tried but could not remove. They had nowhere to move us and so we were left with no choice but to go to sleep with a bat in occasionally swooping around the room. Compensation was the cost of the room £270 and our bar tab £60. We weren’t happy with this. Most of our guests said they would have run out screaming – so am not sure what they would have done if we did that. So if you don’t like animals in your room at night look for another venue. If you don’t mind the bat then this venue is amazing. The staff went out of the way to make it personal to us, despite providing 6 or 7 weddings a week we really felt as if we were the only wedding that week as they were so good at making everything right for us. Food was delicious, the venue lovely and the organisation from our wedding co-ordinator through to wedding manager and the bar staff was great. - MMarc & victoria26/11/2018Amazing AmazingHonestly could not have picked a better venue. LPC staff were amazing & helpful on the day - even down to sewing our bridesmaids dress back together! LPC has many choices that allow you to customise your day to how you want it. The venue is just absolutely stunning and totally exclusive to the wedding party. It was an absolutely amazing and memorable day in fantastic surroundings and ambience.' It also ran like clockwork. All credit to the events team. The gardens are constantly in full bloom, food is amazing and the staff are fantastic (Tim as Master of Ceremonies,Chloe our on the day Wedding Coordinator and Holly Jackson our Wedding Planner. Those are to name just a few-all the staff are brillant and will do anything possible to make sure you have a fantastic day!). As soon as you walk into the venue you can tell it is a dream venue!So many of our guests commented on what a wonderful day they had and loved the venue!We married in November and knew we didn’t need to worry to much about weather as the Le Petit Chateau had the facilities to accommodate all weathers!Fire pits made outside so comfortable and welcoming!Our favourite is the huge water fountain which doubles up as a fire pit also!We fell in love with this venue instantly when we viewed and knew it was where we wanted to marry!
