Description

Cottrell Park is set within 400 acres of beautiful Vale of Glamorgan parkland. This venue offers the perfect setting to capture those precious moments. Easily accessible, just a 3 minute drive off Junction 33 of the M4, we are located not far from the City Centre of Cardiff. Next to our traditional Clubhouse, we offer a stunning, luxury marquee, complete with fitted ivory swags and linings, chandelier and ceiling fairy lighting, heating and fixed bar. We do have all-inclusive wedding packages, created by ourselves and our caterer Spiro's. The marquee package includes the marquee hire, wedding breakfast, drinks package, evening buffet and DJ, so you can sit back and relax whilst we take care of things for you. Alternatively, you can hire the marquee and choose from a range of bespoke menu's that Spiro's have to offer. The marquee is versatile and can be dressed to suite any taste or theme. For a more intimate Winter Wedding, we do offer our Tyler's Cabin and Conservatory, please enquire directly about our Winter Package. We do work with some of South Wales' leading wedding suppliers so are not short of recommendations should you wish to need them. We do have experienced Wedding Co-ordinators on hand to answer any questions that you have running up to your big day and also to assist before the wedding with final details and arrangements. Our All-Inclusive Wedding Package includes a 3 course wedding breakfast for 60 daytime guests and an evening party buffet for 100 guests. You also have a welcome drink on arrival and a sparkling drink for a toast. The DJ services are also included along with the full private use of the marquee for the day and night.

I had my big day here the 20.09.18. The day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely unreal everyone complimented on how good it was. Service a bit slow on food but apart from that was perfect & wasn't a let down as everyone was socialising between. Big massive thank you to Aimee helped me loads on absolutely everything .. also to the gent who was with us all day also amazing. We got married here on 15th september. We are so pleased we chose the perfect venue and had the best day.. A special thanks to Katie for helping me for the last year plan our perfect day and to all the staff on the day. Another thanks to spiros and the managers who catered for all 97 of us they did amazing and everyone commented on the amazing venue and the food. You made our day a memorable one! Well where do we start! I cannot recommend Cottrell park enough for a wedding venue! The marquee was amazing and beautifully decorated, staff were friendly, caterers (SPIROS) we’re fabulous the food was amazing and so was the service. The DJ was absolutely fantastic communication with him was brilliant before the wedding and even on our wedding day so a massive thank you to him I’d definitely hire him again for any future dos. And last but not least the Cottrell park staff were great especially Aimee. Aimee communicated the whole time with me, kept me up to date with everything and couldn’t do anymore for us than she did.
