We promise to make your reception a memorable occasion, with a dedicated personal service from your first meeting with our Wedding Coordinator, through to the friendly and professional services of your function manager and operational team on the day itself. Prior to your event, we will also invite the wedding couple to a complimentary tasting of the chosen wedding breakfast menu and wine selection just in case we need to tweak any dishes to individual taste. At Hilton Cardiff we have a choice of two banquet rooms: The Ballroom: Upon arrival at the hotel, your guests will be greeted in the bright and airy Atrium, an ideal place for photographs. They will then be called into our Ballroom, which is truly a sight to behold. Seating for up to 250 guests, it is a perfect venue for your civil ceremony, wedding reception and evening celebration. Llandaff Suite: Situated on the 1st Floor and with a capacity of up to 50 guests, the Llandaff Suite offers natural daylight and an enchantingly private setting for your special occasion. It features its own reception area for a drinks reception on arrival. The Hilton Cardiff is delighted to be an approved premises for civil weddings. Whether you are arranging your ceremony for 40 or 200, the hotel is the ultimate venue.
