Every ceremony is bespoke specially catered towards your every need. Whether you are planning your ceremony, reception or both, we are on hand to ensure that everything is perfect. With a licence for civil wedding ceremonies and partnerships, couples can hold their ceremonies both inside in our Ball Room which can be tailored and decorated to suit you, your theme and colour scheme. If you have your heart set on an outdoor wedding, the picturesque folly is licensed for ceremonies. Your nearest and dearest can watch you say ‘I do’ with the beautiful and vibrant backdrop. We take pleasure in being part of your day, and will endeavour to tailor your package and co-ordinate personally with you, to ensure continuity and attention to detail from the planning stage right through until the big day. The idea is to take the pressures away from organising the details, so you can relax and enjoy the experience knowing you are in good hands.

"The Best Wedding" our guests had ever been to! "The Best Wedding" our guests had ever been to!
Cricklad House from start to finish could not have been more perfect. From going through every tiny detail with us in our wedding planning meetings, recommending retailers and services, their wedding fairs, the menu tasting... Everything during the lead up to our big day was smooth and flawless. Zoe in particular gave us so much faith and confidence in knowing that everything would run exactly how we dreamt it would, and it did! Our guests all said that the food, entertainment (my cousin's band,) the way the day flowed and all the small details made it the best wedding they had ever been to. Everyone left satisfied and happy, especially my husband and I. Whenever we see our family they say they wish they could experience the entire day again. I can't think of any other phrase that could sum up how perfect Cricklade House made our day other than that; we would do it all again in a heartbeat! Cricklad House from start to finish could not have been more perfect. Nothing was too much troubleNothing was too much trouble
My brother had his Wedding and reception there. Wedding co-ordinator was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is lovely, with beautiful views at the back. All staff very polite. I would give this hotel a 7 star ratingI would give this hotel a 7 star rating
Me and my wife had our wedding here recently and the staff went above and beyond. We were originally set to have our wedding at Lydiard house but that fell through and we were treated horrendously. Just when we thought everything was going to go wrong we found Cricklade and it turned out that Lydiard falling through was the best thing that could of happened to us. Cricklade was an upgrade in every way possible. The staff were awesome, the rooms were beautiful and the grounds were gorgeous. And it didn’t cost any extra to what we were originally going to pay. The day just went perfectly and I do put that down to our wedding planner Zoe and her staff. The food was sooooo good as well. I could easily eat that meal for the rest of my life. I’d give this hotel a 7 star rating just because of how good they were to us. Fantastic venue and locationFantastic venue and location
We got married here in January 2005, and it is just a really lovely place The staff were really nice and very helpful. The whole day went really well, and we have some stunning photo's that were taken, looking out onto the surroundings. Attending my sisters wedding on Saturday and stayed with you all weekend, so impressed with everything, room lovely, food amazing, staff so helpful! Wedding was perfect from start to finish! ... it was a perfect day!... it was a perfect day!
Our daughter and son in law got married here on Saturday...it was a perfect day! The hotel and grounds are stunning. They were married outside in the Folly, it was perfect. The whole event was fabulous, food was great, compliments to the Chef, the lamb tagine was a big hit with our guests! The hotel could not be more accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Zoe the wedding coordinator was amazing, very professional, all of our requests were met with a smile, we felt we were in a very safe pair if hands right from the start. Thank you Zoe. Fantastic venue and service at Cricklade House. Myself and my husband celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary bed breakfast and evening meal included in our package yesterday. Nothing was to much trouble and the food was amazing . Myself and my mum had afternoon tea and I would say it was one of the best we have ever had. My husband and dad played snooker for few hours which was lovely for them. We had lovely weather and sat outside most of the time. Thank you Cricklade and keep up the good work in your hotel. Got married here on the 8th september and I can't say how much of an amazing day it was. From the start when we booked the hotel as out venue we were guided though every step and want we needed to do. on the day itself Zoe her mum and team couldn't have been anymore helpful and nothing was too much trouble they truly helped make the day as special as it was. The bridal suite was beautiful. Jon the dj did an amazing job of the evening disco. The food though out the whole day was beautiful. We can't recommend the hotel enough it's set in beautiful grounds which are perfect for photos. Fantastic Venue! Got married here on May bank holiday and can not recommend it enough! The staff here are exceptional on customer service and nothing is ever to much trouble. Zoe (wedding coordinator) knows exactly what she is doing and I felt so safe with her leading in the wedding day! Rooms are great! And being refurbished all the time.
