Deer Park Hall is an exclusive Cotswold countryside wedding venue with room for 150 dining guests & licensed for both indoor & outdoor civil ceremonies of up to 130 guests.
Deer Park weddings are quite different – we like to ensure each wedding is unique therefore we don’t offer packages at all & instead we pride ourselves on our flexibility in order to help create a wonderful day with your nearest & dearest.
Exclusive use comes as standard, this enables you to use the entire venue, gardens & grounds from midday - midnight.
A spectacular wall of glass in the Bredon Room looks out over the vineyard & grounds where the deer are free to roam & you can enjoy spectacular sunsets as the sun sets over the Malvern Hills ahead.
The lawns complete with traditional garden game as well as extended stunning gardens filled with terraces, stream & waterfall offer a wonderful area for wedding photography & reception drinks.
Spectacular views, luxurious outdoor seating, enchanting night-time lighting, firepits & heated pavilions make this a perfect place to soak up the atmosphere.
Our recommended caterers will design a mouth-watering menu to suit both your tastes & budget from seated 3 course dinners to relaxed pie & mash, alfresco dining with a Summer BBQ or afternoon tea.
We offer generous drink packages to ensure the bubbles are constantly flowing & also the option for you to provide your own drinks or choose a selection of our home grown wines produced on the Deer Park estate giving you ultimate flexibility.
The newest addition to Deer Park is our brand new accommodation located on the estate, this consists of a 4 bed Cotswold stone cottage that can sleep up to 8 (perfect for the night before your wedding) & a luxury wooden lodge sleeping 2 which is a truly beautiful place to spend your wedding night.
At Deer Park Hall the grounds & beautifully restored Grade II listed buildings are exclusively yours for the day, making it the perfect venue for your special occasion.

Our venue hire rates vary on the time of year & day of the week you would like to get married, however the rate does include exclusive use of the venue from midday - midnight on your wedding day plus a 'set up day' the day before your wedding so you have plenty of time to add those personal touches to the venue ahead of your wedding day. * set up day not applicable for Sunday weddings.

Katie was incredible on the run up to the day, making sure we had thought of every last detail ensuring that the day was stress free. Katie and Daisy led us through the day from start to finish allowing us to completely ‘live in the moment’ and enjoy our special day. The venue is absolutely stunning and we were lucky enough to have good weather for the outdoor ceremony we really wanted. Our guests were so complementary of the setting and venue. I would highly recommend Deer Park for a wedding and would be confident they would give any couple the best day! Thanks again! We got married in March 2019 and had been planning it just short of two years with Katie, she had been great with communication, making us feel at ease and general questions answered to the best of her knowledge. We had Daisy actually on the day of our wedding who was absolutely fantastic. She ensured our day ran so smoothly and it was perfect. Through planning everything with Katie you could tell they had thoroughly gone through everything to ensure Daisy knew all we had discussed. The staff are absolutely fantastic along with the fantastic scenery and beautiful building inside and out. The venue really did not disappoint, every time we visited we would fall more and more in love with it. Katie had been more than accommodating in the run up to our big day allowing us numerous visits to look round or show a few family members and that was absolutely great. If we could get married again there would be no change of venue, we are just as in love with it now as we were two years ago, it just gets better each time we see it. Thank you for everything you did Katie, Daisy and the rest of the team. It’s simply stunning! The rooms inside are beautiful and the garden and views outside are just unbeatable. We first met with Katie the year before and she helped us through all the planning and decisions. She’s super friendly and helpful and always responds quickly to queries. On the day, Katie and Daisy made sure everything went to plan and that we didn’t have to think about anything but enjoying every moment! We were also so lucky to have the deer in the field and were able to get some incredible sunset shots with them. What a way to top it off! This really is the most beautiful venue and I couldn’t recommend it more! Nothing is too much trouble, help always offered and support in abundance (including lots of cuddles for our 3month old whilst we saw the registrar on the day!). Right from the first enquiry they look after you and definitely make the whole process less stressful as my wife will definitely agree with after they managed to get oil from the wedding car off her dress before she walked down the aisle! It is a gorgeous hidden gem in the countryside with stunning views. We had the wedding we have always dreamed of and what made it extra special was the team there! One of our best decisions we have ever made was to choose to have our wedding at Deer Park and the memories we have made there will stay with us. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You feel as though you have been transported to another time, but still having that modern feel with the facilities. The staff are friendly and relaxed. The caterers provided a truly mouth-watering menu. We were looked after from start to finish but also felt free to put our own stamp on the venue. We also used Deer Park's fabulous accommodation which was a cut above anything we've experienced before. It would be nice if Deer Park would offer some attractive Bridal packages incorporating such enviable facilities into the experience. The weather on the actual day was not as we’d hoped but it had no bearing on our day as Daisy and Rachel made sure everything ran seamlessly. Our guests were so impressed with the venue and also how staff ran the day. We love to see how each couple interpret the venue differently and make their own stamp from beautifully bold with a menu of their favourite bangers and mash and jelly and ice cream to a bride who carefully crafted elements such as her grandmas veil and family heirlooms into her stunning wedding.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Favourite photo spots vary from couple to couple, we've had some fantastic funky shots taken in front of old barns and on bales, and some feature deer, cows or other animals, but everyone loves a sunset photo with a beautiful backdrop of the Malvern hills!
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Yes, but that's top secret!
What’s your favourite canapé?
It's hard to choose our favourite food, we love everything from posh finger food to retro bar snacks, mini scones and of course yummy ice cream carts!
