Description

Our latest addition to Villa Farm is our pleasantly restored York Barn. With it’s modern restoration, elegant floor to ceiling windows and scenic views over the gardens, The York Barn provides a perfect space for your wedding reception or ceremony. The barn can seat up to 150 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 220 guests for the evening reception. There’s a state-of-the-art, fully fitted kitchen situated within the barn, which makes the day an ease for your chosen caterers. We also have luxury bathroom facilities, underfloor heating, a private patio, fully stocked bar and onsite car parking.

Just WowJust Wow
Just wow! From the the first minute me and my Fiancee set foot at Villa Farm, we knew it was the venue for us. Corrina helped organise everything from start to finish, always on hand with any queries we had, chasing suppliers and arranging timings. We had the majority of the lodges this weekend and every one of our guests commented on how amazing they were. Our expectations were exceeded the whole weekend, we couldn't have asked for anything moreJust wow! Amazing Day!Amazing Day!
Me and my husband, went to view this venue with another in mind! We fell in love with it and thankfully so, we couldn't of asked for anything more from the venue and all the staff, Especially Corrina (who has made the whole wedding thing so much easier! And always made sure my glass was full when needed!) I stayed in Knavesmire Cottage the night before our wedding day with all my girls and again on the night of the wedding with my new husband and a few friends where we finished off our amazing day in the hot tub, perfect end to a perfect day. Thank you VillaFarm! Joanne & Connor Me and my husband, went to view this venue with another in mind! As the celebrant for Starr Gazing Ceremonies, I’ve had the honour and fun of performing a wedding ceremony at Villa Farm. Located just outside of York, the venue offers a brilliant open space for a ceremony that is enhanced by the backdrop of the idyllic little lake that is perfect for photos! What is your venue's most unique feature?

The York Barn. Renovations were completed in May 2018 and it's our newest development here at Villa Farm. It offers beautiful floor to ceiling windows, blank canvas features and a private terrace area.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

Again, it will have to be The York Barn! It's such an incredible space and we are so proud of what we have achieved so far. Hosting weekly high profile events, celebrations and weddings is a huge milestone since launching the barn back in May 2018.
