Description

Peelings Manor Barns offer the perfect blank canvas for you to dress and set up as you please. The space includes the stunning, Grade II listed, traditional Sussex flint threshing barn, barn yard including the outdoor covered areas, and access to an area at the back of the barn should you wish to extend the space with a marquee. You hire the venue only and are not tied to any recommended suppliers and services. This way you are able to organise your event as you wish; you have freedom of choice so you can make your event really special, personal and unique. The venue is available for hire between 1st April and 31st December.

3-days (Friday to Sunday) £2,090. 1-week (Monday-Sunday) £3,657.50. The fee for 3-days or 1-week also include: • Access to the venue for the agreed 3-days or 1-week. Typically, events are on a Saturday, keys are collected on the Friday or Monday and handed back once clear up has been completed on the Sunday • Hire of professional event security • Hire of a posh mobile toilet trailer • Use of our tables (10 round and 6 refectory), garden chairs (100) and a bar/service console unit

Magical and so personal Magical and so personal
In a beautiful location, gorgeous barn which feels so special but also so familiar and homely. It's like finding your enchanted piece of the world. It's stunning, so you don't need much. But if you want to make it your own, this is the best place, as you have (almost) a free rein. Our wedding was so us, so special and so unique. It's stayed a magical place for the rest of our lives. In a beautiful location, gorgeous barn which feels so special but also so familiar and homely. It's like finding your enchanted piece of the world. It's stunning, so you don't need much. But if you want to make it your own, this is the best place, as you have (almost) a free rein. Our wedding was so us, so special and so unique. It's stayed a magical place for the rest of our lives.

We were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding at Peelings Manor Barn. A stunning flint barn that has been really well maintained and looked after. Everything was perfect! The setting is beautiful by day, and magical by night especially when lit with copious fairy lights and lanterns. The owners are so friendly and keen to help make everything go smoothly. We have very fond memories of this very special place. We were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding at Peelings Manor Barn. A stunning flint barn that has been really well maintained and looked after. Everything was perfect! The setting is beautiful by day, and magical by night especially when lit with copious fairy lights and lanterns. The owners are so friendly and keen to help make everything go smoothly. We have very fond memories of this very special place.

My husband & I love this place, the barn is stunningly unspoilt & the perfect blank canvas to let your imagination run wild, we knew didn't want a hotel wedding that everyone else had, we wanted something completely unique to us & that's exactly what we got, Sarah was fantastic to work with & we had some great comments on the day, highly recommended this venue & other partners we worked including our Caterers Food Glourious Food, Emily Fitter cakes, Gentlemen of The Road Band, Vines Flowers Westham, Fandango Developments (Top Table & Bar). Perfect if you want an off the beaten track, genuinely boho style wedding. We held our reception here this summer and couldn't recommend it enough. The venue is made up from a number of beautiful spaces, both indoors and outside, and being self contained in the Sussex countryside, it couldn't be more picturesque. The management are superb with nothing being too much of a problem, and given the fact that we were able to hold the keys for a full week during the run up to the event, we were able to dress the venue exactly as we wanted without too much stress. We would recommend Peelings Manor Barns to anyone who wants complete control of their wedding reception and is looking for a venue that's less formal than a hotel (or similar). We held our reception here this summer and couldn't recommend it enough. We had our wedding reception at Peelings Manor Barn back on the 16/09/17. It was the perfect venue for our vintage afternoon tea, and ceildh dance in the evening. We had such a fabulous wedding here. We wish we could do it again. Sarah was amazing from start to finish. It’s great you get given the keys with plenty of time to get the barn ready for the special day. Thankyou so much again Sarah. We had our wedding here back in June and it was the most beautiful day. Sarah was nothing but helpful and friendly, allowing us to create or vision independently but with guidance when required. The blank canvas was a perfect start for us as we knew exactly how we wanted it all to look and feel and some venues just weren’t quite the vibe we was looking for. This place is perfect for that country/festival style wedding; with its amazing views and private courtyard area outside the front of the barn. It’s a proper diy venue which made us feel our wedding was unique to us. Highly recommend Peelings not just for weddings but for any party! We had our wedding at Peelings last weekend and the venue allowed us to have the perfect, personal wedding we had envisioned. Sarah really let us have free reign with the barn and we crossed our fingers for good weather and planned an outdoor ceremony. The weather held and the day was perfect. Our guests enjoyed a hot sunny service outside, a cool barn wedding breakfast, a dance party marquee and a wonderful summers evening around the fire pit. We loved the free choice we had in regards to caterers and decoration and would thoroughly recommend the barn. Thanks for all your help Sarah. We were so happy to have found Peelings Manor Barns to host our wedding reception in July 2017. It really is a beautiful place and the perfect backdrop for photos! We loved how we were able to do what we wanted with the space and get creative! We made good use of being able to have an open fire in the evening (with some of guests even roasting marshmallows) and there was plenty of space both inside the barn and outside in the barnyard for all our guests. An added bonus was us being able to have access to the venue for the week leading up to our big day. This certainly took a lot of stress and pressure off and meant we were able to take our time getting everything just right. Finally, Sarah is lovely, friendly and professional! Nothing was too much trouble and she was on hand to answer any queries both with us and our suppliers. Thank you for having us!
