Our day was made super special, the wedding team had such attention to detail even our photographer was impressed with them. The food was amazing and anything you needed was no problem. The venue has since been refurbished and is even more stunning. Emma Simon, Wedding coordinator was literally amazing. We had lots of requests and Emma was just fabulous. We couldn’t thank her enough. Alastair and his team were beyond amazing on the day. We literally couldn’t have wished for anything more. So many little attentions to detail that were so appreciated. There was not one single member of staff who didn’t make us feel special. The best wedding team ever! Our guests could not get over the quality and amount of food. The speed and service was amazing and the evening food was so plentiful.Emma Simon, Wedding coordinator was literally amazing. We had lots of requests and Emma was just fabulous. We couldn’t thank her enough. Alastair and his team were beyond amazing on the day. We literally couldn’t have wished for anything more. So many little attentions to detail that were so appreciated. We cannot thank you enough for our beautiful day yesterday (14.06.18). The attention to detail is insane and the suppliers were more than helpful! Bridget and her husband were amazing from start to finish and we are so happy we chose Smeetham as our venue! Cannot recommend this venue enough and we had the most amazing day! From the new Mr and Mrs ClementsWe cannot thank you enough for our beautiful day yesterday (14.06.18). The attention to detail is insane and the suppliers were more than helpful! I can't thank you enough, I really can't! I can't thank you enough, I really can't!
Emma , you have been amazing from the minute we booked until the day isn't self , you did what ever i asked and more , Alistair, was amazing and helped so much, came up in morning to check I was ok and what I needed to do and what time he was comin for me , Aaron , behind the bar for the day he was lovely,he was lovely with everyone very polite as well , he came up to me and Lee at the end of the night asking was everything ok and anything else he could do , Ben , the young lad that took over at the night time , he was lovely , he made sure everything was spot on at the night when he took over , he even found the cake stand in the morning for me , or the afternoon when he came in , And Rosemary for finding all the things that was left in 2 rooms , which was Lee's brothers and sisters things ha-ha I can't thank you enough Emma I really can't !!! All the staff was amazing , rooms amazing , every room was amazing clean and lovely!!! Emma is a huge asset to your team. She was wonderful. She understands that the little things are just as important as the big things. Cannot fault Alastair! Excellent feedback from the guests in relation to food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aaron on the bar was great fun and hard working. We can't thank you enough. Emma was very bubbly and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. Alistair also went above and beyond with last minute requests on the day! The Function Suite looked beautiful and all our plans and ideas were put together beautifully by the staff. Just a big thank you to all the staff for their hard work in making our day perfect! Big thanks to Emma for her contact and support in the run up and planning. We are so grateful.Emma was very bubbly and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. This was the first venue we visited and fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. Great sized function rooms and bedrooms. Extremely well presented, clean and tidy. Katherine was great from start to finish, always responsive to emails and great when we met up to discuss everything. Everything went perfect on the day because Maurice, along with other staff members were so helpful. We were lucky enough to hold our wedding at the Grosvenor Pulford on Sunday 6th November 2016 and what a day it was! On the run up to the day the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. On the day itself we were bowled over by the attention to detail and the way we were treated. Nothing was too much trouble, the food and service was first class and our guests absolutely loved our choice of venue. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to return for a night away. Made the room look really pretty, I could not have been happier with it! The food was spot on 10/10! Emma was a great help. Always polite and courteous, always willing to help. Brilliant at what she does THANK YOU EMMA. Alastair was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Made us feel really relaxed. Great at what he does THANK YOU ALASTAIR. Everyone was really lovely, helpful and professional, Great People!
