The Oak Tree of Peover is a unique contemporary venue is set in the heart of Cheshire surrounded by stunning countryside views. Oak beams and lots of natural light makes this venue fresh and bright whilst subtle lighting in the evening gives it a magical, romantic feel. Guests may take drinks in the bar area or on the surrounding terrace. The Oak Tree of Peover is impressive without the use of extra decorations, however the building is so versatile it looks equally stunning dressed in themes from vintage and shabby chic to traditional. We have a wonderful team of handpicked local suppliers on our books, many who have worked alongside them for years and who are fantastic at what they do within the wedding world from caterers, venue dressers, photographers to local accommodation. We are proud to have been a finalist in the Great Northern Wedding Awards 2019 for Best Barn/ Farm Wedding Venue & shortlisted by Guides for Brides in their 2020 Customer service awards. We hope to continue making each and every couple's day magical.

From meeting Tracey & the team walking in and looking round from showing and telling information even down to the last question how much drinks are they were absolutely brilliant on the day it was amazing turning up to going home they all helped out and worked as a team they were well organised & if anyone wanted something they got it them simple as they worked with the rest of the suppliers extremely well and you can tell there doing amazingly well I wish them all the best for the future.. j&cFrom meeting Tracey & the team walking in and looking round from showing and telling information even down to the last question how much drinks are they were absolutely brilliant on the day it was amazing turning up to going home they all helped out and worked as a team they were well organised & if anyone wanted something they got it them simple as they worked with the rest of the suppliers extremely well and you can tell there doing amazingly well I wish them all the best for the future.. j&c

We had a very smooth process from initial booking to the big day. Lucy even chased up a bouquet of roses from the groom to the bride that were late arriving. We were able to relax totally on the day knowing that all the bases had been covered. Even a problem for one of our guests on the next day was solved by staff being avsolabld by phone. Even when not on duty . First class in every way. The venue just dressed itself too, so no need for costly additions . During the process of finding a venue I was looking for somewhere that was simple and yet elegant when I saw the images online of The Oak Tree at Peover I instantly fell in love with its warm and yet simple design. Contacting staff either via social media or email or phone was always guaranteed a response extremely quickly which was brilliant when you are stressed and trying to organise a wedding. This was absolutely the perfect venue and we couldn't have wished for better. It completely made our day - from the beautiful setting, the bridal room and all the finishing touches to the lovely staff and the fabulous service from the wedding team. We had so many comments about how stunning the venue was and it was the perfect balance of intimate and cosy, whilst still being impressive and stunning. The venue team and atmosphere made our day perfect!This was absolutely the perfect venue and we couldn't have wished for better. Beautiful venue...Beautiful venue...
Beautiful venue, with stunning views across the once was golf course. We booked when it was still a golf course, and saw the transition into the even more beautiful venue it is today, whilst they kept much of the original gold style character it once had. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

All of our weddings are special and every couple are unique. One of our favourites, however, was on a glorious Summer's day in 2018. Guests were outside enjoying the evening sun and the Bride & Groom decided to have their first dance on the lawn next to the pond. Surrounded by stunning scenery and our outdoor music system playing their chosen song, the moment was magical.

Our exclusive venue is situated in the heart of the Cheshire countryside and offers ample outdoor space for the perfect photo opportunity throughout the year.

In 2017, TV cameras captured Real Housewives of Cheshire star, Tanya Bardsley's baby shower here at The Oak Tree of Peover for the forthcoming series of Real Housewives of Cheshire.

What’s your favourite canapé?

We love a mini burger or Yorkshire pudding.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

We love pizza cooked freshly by our caterers on their outside, stone pizza oven.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

Planted inside the venue are real bougainvillea plants which have been growing for almost 20 years. They spiral along the oak beams and up to the skylights and flower throughout the year.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

We are proud of our small, dedicated wedding team. The team absolutely love what they do and every couple and wedding is unique.
