Simply the bestSimply the best
We got hitched on 16th Feb 2019 We booked with Judy Rose in September 2017 and our journey started... Judy was so accommodating and dealt with our multiple changes of mind and split discussions effortlessly. She felt with multiple quick fire emails and responded to each and every query. In the weeks leading up to the wedding Judy met with us to lock everything in... this is where me met Dewi the Assistant Manager. What can I say about Dewi. He is an absolute credit to the team at the Vale and Hensol. He took the worry and stress from us to manage the big day. Dewi met with us the day before the wedding to dress the castle. Nothing was too much trouble and he rolled his sleeves up and got stuck in to ensure that everything was prepped for the big day. On the day itself, Dewi checked everything so we didn’t have to. He accommodated all of our requests and had everything running like clock work. He dealt with things before they became issues and ensured that our day was special. We have so much love for Dewi. He delivered and made it a day to remember. Absolutely PerfectAbsolutely Perfect
As soon as i walked into this venue i knew it was the one! Even without decoration the rooms are stunning and the fact that i could add finishing touches and the staff were willing to put it all out for me was just perfect. It was also ideal for a winter wedding as i had to plan for bad weather and there would have been plenty of places internally for photos had we not been able to use outside, luckily I got to use both!As soon as i walked into this venue i knew it was the one! Hensol castle was simply perfect. The venue is grand and the grounds are stunning. The staff were brilliant from the start. Would definitely recommend this venue! Hensol castle was simply perfect. Amazing venue Amazing venue
It was honestly the most perfect day of our lives and we have nothing but praise for the venue. They were amazing, the day went so smoothly, they made everything so easy and did everything they could to help. The service was amazing and our wedding coordinator was lovely. The venue is absolutely stunning, our photos were also incredible. Could not have imagined it any more perfect (as cheesy as that sounds).It was honestly the most perfect day of our lives and we have nothing but praise for the venue. They were amazing, the day went so smoothly, they made everything so easy and did everything they could to help. The service was amazing and our wedding coordinator was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble Nothing was too much trouble
We had our wedding here 30.09.17 and the staff at Hensol couldn't do enough for us. Laura has become my new best friend the amount of times she met up with me! Nothing was too much trouble she was fantastic! Huge thank you to Jodie who was working on the day of my wedding too everything was exactly how I wanted it! I can't recommend you all enough, it was perfect.We had our wedding here 30.09.17 and the staff at Hensol couldn't do enough for us. Laura has become my new best friend the amount of times she met up with me! Nothing was too much trouble she was fantastic! Everything we had dreamed ofEverything we had dreamed of
Myself & my husband had our wedding here on Saturday 9th June & we had the most incredible day. Laura who we booked with 2.5 years ago did a sterling job of all the planning & prep. Then Georgia who we had with us on the day was absolutely outstanding as was all the staff at Hensol. Absolutely nothing went wrong, everyone commented on how perfect the venue was, the grounds, the castle, the food literally everything. It was everything we had dreamed of & more. If we could do it all again we would. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone & you would be hard pushed to find anything better. We got married at Hensol Castle on 13th July. It was so perfect, the weather was lovely and the venue was amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day. Special thank you to Laura who helped with the planning and was so helpful throughout, and to Dewi who was absolutely brilliant! I cant recommend Hensol enough! Thank you so much. Myself and my husband got married in Hensol Castle in October 2019 and I have nothing but praise for the venue, from all the help and support our coordinator Laura provided us on the lead up to the big day. On the big day itself frankee and dewi were amazing in making sure everything ran smoothly, all the staff provided amazing service, the food was outstanding and the venue itself was the perfect venue for us. Inside and outside the castle are stunning especially for photos and if we could do the day all over again we would in Hensol Castle we honestly can’t recommend the venue enough they make your day truly special from start to finish and when we look back at our photos everything was beautiful! We got married at Hensol castle on 8th July. From start to finish the staff were amazing !! Massive thank you to Laura all her help and amazing organisation skills and to Rebecca and all her staff on the day who couldn’t do enough to help us and make our day perfect. Laura and the wonderful team at Hensol were absolutely amazing throughout. Laura was fantastic helping us organise the day and was so accomodating with my countless emails. We had the most amazing day; from the night before at the Vale Resort, to getting ready at the Vale and finally arriving at Hensol. The day was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. We would highly recommend Hensol as the perfect place for anyone to get married. Nothing was too much trouble for you guys. We are very grateful for everything you did.
